Sleep Beds 

Bed ordered for our 10 yr old son who has been given recent arthritis diagnosis. After waiting the 10 days after ordering on 28th Jan we were given 27th Feb as delivery date. Checked zenith delivery and the date was then 3rd March. Roadworks near warehouse was given as a reason?!? Then the date changed to 11th March. Then the date changed to awaiting date. We called to try and get guaranteed 3rd March and emailed but still the tracking said “awaiting date”. We eventually got a reply to say delay is due to packaging issues. I felt like we were being given the run around so I disputed payment with my bank and got money back. The bank is investigating. I believe this company is not trustworthy and it seems looking at other reviews this is other people’s experience too. The website is down and sleepbeds on companies house was dissolved in 2019. This is a sham company. On shopify app they still feature. I have reported issues to them. Not heard anything yet. In the meantime the 5 star reviews are rather suspicious in my opinion.

Ordering, delivery, customer service was excellent. This is the second time I've ordered from this company and also my brother with no complaints. I would recommend to family (as I already have) and friends.

Scam company … no bed and no refund. Avoid

A little worried if my order would be fulfilled but all arrived ok & pleased with the bed & lovely matress

Absolutely terrible didn't deliver when supposed to.

No contact to apologise, new delivery would be a further 3 weeks longer.
Requested refund on 17 Feb'25.
Still waiting now on 30th March '25.
Emailed them they sent 2 identical replies about having high numbers of financial requests but were prioritising my request!!!
They don't answer phone when called.
Today I emailed again, now they're saying to go to my bank for payback, as they are having some issues sending Refunds to customers.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS APPARENT COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT WHAT YHEY SAY THEY ARE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

No beds and no refund. Company have obviously gone bust. An absolute disgrace!
I have lost nearly £800.

Ordered a bed about a month ago, says 10 days, lots of emails saying its ready and being shipped to the delivery company, then nothing, husband emailed daily then an email saying they are having problems with world pay and their bank has been frozen nothing going in nothing out and they can’t delivery our bed and no refund so contact your bank to get your money! Disgraceful, managed to speak to someone at sleep beds random Saturday morning so not sure it wasn’t a scammers wife, she couldn’t help surprise, anyway after a week we got our money from the bank thankfully and ordered a bed from dunelm that came in 2 days, AVOID AT ALL COST

SCAM DO NOT USE Sleep Beds or Zenith Delivery Network. There is no bed, there is no delivery, there is no refund. Endlessly on hold if you call. I've now reported to Trading Standards and the Police.

I have been emailing and waiting on a refund since January. Bed delivery was changed twice and then tried a 3rd so I cancelled my order. The excuses they give for delayed delivery and delayed refunds are unmatched!

I would give ZERO stars but it won’t let me.

Avoid avoid avoid

Bought a new bed and mattress just before Christmas, and the mattress failed after just a couple of weeks. We were promised a replacement and still waiting three months later.
Twice we've stayed in all day for a morning delivery that didn't show. Today, the second occasion, we were told it would be delivered between 8 and 11. It's my wife's birthday she cancelled plans to be in for the mattress. It is now after 6pm and still no sign of the delivery. We have a meal booked in an hour and have little confidence that it will be here by then.

Delivered on time, very good quality at a very good price. Delivery team were excellent. My second purchase and won’t be the last

How is this company still allowed to trade? I can on here to see if anyone else was having problems getting their goods - clearly no-one is!! Everyone is being scammed! Why have they not been shut down!! Take your money and no goods ever show up!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. If I could give this company zero stars I would. No bed ever arrived neither did a refund and had to use section 75 with my bank to get my money back. Give them your money at your peril as you won’t get your bed or the money Back trust me! I can’t understand why this company hasn’t had its website removed and been stopped from trading by now

Ordered on December 30. No delivery, kept citing packaging issues. Told to contact my credit card company for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

WEBSITE HAS BEEN REMOVED FINALLY - I URGE ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR BANK ASAP AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK NO MATTER HOW LONG AGO IT WAS YOU WHERE SCAMMED

Ordered a mattress 3rd February 3-10 working days for delivery after 10 days no mattress called sleep beds numerous times no answer emailed them they just gave lots of excuses from no packaging to van broke down and no refund hard earned money in some one else’s bank I hope the thieves rot

Ordered in January and not delivered by end of March. Not a great customer service and unable to process refunds. Do not use this company

The website has disappeared. They have told me to.comtact my cr3dit company as they won't deliver the bed or refund me. This 2 months after ordering. Sleep beds dissolved in 2019 and someone seems to be using the brand name to steal.your money. Don't do it

I was sceptical but I'm impressed!

Lots of negative reviews on here so wanted to ensure I shared my experience. Excellent value, product, service and delivery timings from Sleep Beds. Arrived in 3 days and received a call in the morning from the courier to let me know he was 30 mins away, then another call asking where I'd like the mattress left as I wasn't in. Would recommend, thank you.

A scam as no bed arrived but money was taken . However managed to dispute the transaction as no delivery is made. Rather had to visit their said location and no place exists . It’s a scam
