HORRIBLE... first it looks CHEAP. I ordered the stackable rings, the gold not only looks fake and not gold color, but it came off in a matter of two weeks the diamonds fell out of the band. the main diamond looks so horrible I have not even worn it. I waited 2 years to buy this, I didn't want to spend my money wastefully however I finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase this beautiful stackable rings 4 rings the lettering on the engraved part horrible the gold came off and the main diamond looks so bad I refuse to wear and the diamonds in the band fell out, so if you do decided to purchase maybe try the silver and nothing with diamonds. HORRIBLE so disappointing.

Working with Slate&Tell was incredibly smooth and easy. I made a custom design with them. Edits were quickly made and accurately made. The ring arrived under a month after finalizing the designs. It looks beautiful and is exactly what I had hoped for. I have no experience with their website as I scheduled in person consultations, but did find all their communication to be clear and helpful.

I’d recommend to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, high quality work.

In a crunch for time, my diamond was upgraded as to what was available and delivered ahead of an important schedule ! Highly recommend Slate and Tell across the board in every level… quality, price, service and response - even in weekends ! Will buy again for sure !

I hope everyone reads this review. I recently was looking for an engagement ring. I came across Slate & Tell. When I went to buy it the owner himself Isaac got a hold of me. After purchasing and reading the reviews some people left had me skeptical and second guessing my choice. Let me tell you people something, I’m upset that you made me skeptical when I had no reason to be. Isaac made this custom ring for my soon to be wife and he also threw in a custom pair of earrings for our daughter who will be born in late August. He had it on my doorstep a little sooner than 2 weeks from purchase. I can’t thank Isaac and the folks at Slate & Tell enough and if you’re thinking about buying something from them have no fears at all and don’t be skeptical. Great work Isaac and I thank you so much! I can’t wait to do more business with you!

I have been a customer of slate and tell for several years now and I have had an amazing experience. The quality of the jewelry is top notch. I was skeptical ordering online and have had to get my rings resized multiple times in the past and the customer service has been very patient and helpful throughout the process. Issac is very supportive and helped me identify the proper design based on my requirements. Even during the holidays, Issac made sure he was available and responsive for any questions that I had. He personally made sure my order met my expectations and arrived to me in time. I have been very happy with my experience and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I purchased a gorgeous ring from Slate and Tell as an congratulations gift to myself. Let me tell you the pictures did not do my ring justice. Isaac Gad the owner stayed in touch with me through the entire process of the making of my piece, to say I was impressed with the customer service would be an understatement. They made me feel special.

My husband ordered my mother's day gift on April 30th and today is June 1st and we still haven't received the gift. When he ordered it was guaranteed to be here before or by mother's day and over a month later we still dont have it. Will never order here again and I dont recommend

I bought for myself a 5 carat emerald cut diamond ring from Slate and Tell. The ring did arrive a little late but it was worth the wait. It is absolutely stunning. I get so many compliments on it.

I have ordered a few items over the last few years. Sometimes it does take a little longer for shipping during holidays and such, but worth the wait. Customer service has always been helpful and I have had no problems with them responding back to me via email. They stand by there warranty as well. I will continue to purchase jewelry from them.

If I could give zero stars I would - stay away this website is a scam! Took my money customer service barely responded. They promised something and couldn’t deliver. Still fighting with them and my bank for a refund on an order I never received! Awful!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Very unhappy with Slate & Tell. They have an impressive web site with a great selection of items, but fail to deliver on their promise of 10-14 day for delivery. I ordered a custom ring 35 days ago. Their order status page has never updated since the day I placed the order. They have never contacted me to let me know the status of my order. I sent email requests for status updates three times and only received a reply stating my order will ship very soon. I am highly skeptical of ever receiving my item from Slate & Tell and have just sent them another email to cancel my order and return my money. I have attempted to call them many times, but always get disconnected after transferring to the customer support extension. Definitely stay away from this retailer, the are selling hopes and dreams more than they are selling great products and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Horrible company complete liars and I have been fighting with them over a year!!!!! Fake liars terrible service!!! I have been owed a refund for over a year scammers and a complete joke! I have filled with BBB and have hit every platform possible to send reviews. I have also called my legal team at this point I would pay more than the refund to sue them. I have sent roughly 27 emails and have made boatloads of calls this company is TERRIBLE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a ring on 03/04/26. I contacted the company on 03/26/26 and was told ‘it will be another week or so before our ring can be shipped’. I requested a cancel and received confirmation stating my refund of over $500 would be on my account in 7 to 10 business days. 12 business days later (no refund), I contacted the company again and was told they attempted to refund me, but it did not go through. They suggested I contact my card company and start a claim. This company is pitiful and should not be in business!

We ordered a ring, and not even after a month, one of the diamonds fell out. I have been trying to contact Slate and tell them, but they have not answered us at all. This is insane considering I spent 3000 and can't get a message back.

We placed our order on 3/10/26 and they charged our card. The order just showed pending for 3 weeks. I called them and the said the order was was canceled and we were being refunded the charges on the card. It is now April 13 and we have made several attempts to get in touch with them and they do not answer and do not return calls. We have yet to receive our money back. In the meantime, the card was hacked and we had several fraudulent charges. I would not recommend them to anyone!
