Not existing client service

Bought 5 slab cases, one was delivered completely broken. No problem I thought, but the client service was just horrible. First I did not get any answer, after third email and instagram message finally an answer, they wanted to send me another one. Okay for me, but no case arrived. Again messaged them, again they wanted to take care of that issue. Again no more message or delivered case. Would have bought more in the future but this was the worst client service experience ever for me. Gave them several chances and communication was not as it should be. Still waiting for my money for the broken case. Never again!

Persoonlijk en zeer vriendelijk contact. De slab koffers zijn niet alleen ontzettend mooi, maar ook de (klanten)service is ongekend goed. Slab depot weet zich hierdoor te onderscheiden van alle concurrenten. Ik ben er ontzettend blij mee en raad iedereen aan hier te bestellen. Ik hoop in de toekomst nog een koffer nodig te hebben en zal hem dan zeker hier bestellen!

Een zeer mooi product voor de juiste…

Een zeer mooi product voor de juiste prijs. De kaarten zijn top beschermd en de koffer is top beschermd op de hoeken. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, en item was snel ontvangen. Zeker om aan te raden!

If you are serious about your slabs, than protect your valuables with the cases of Slabdepot. The cases made of premium materials offer a secure and spacious storage for all your slabs and sealed cards. A no brainer if you care about your slabs in my opinion. Easy to travel and nice to display. 10/10
