SCAM!!
I paid $570 on March 14, 2026 for a real estate lead generation campaign. Before paying, I submitted a written criteria form specifying leads must be priced at least 60% below market value with a maximum purchase price of $100,000.
The leads delivered did not meet this criteria. Multiple leads had no asking price at all — making it impossible to verify the 60% requirement I explicitly agreed to. I personally called the leads and none met the threshold.
I raised this issue with the merchant IN WRITING during the active campaign on March 20, 2026. They acknowledged the problem and offered replacements. No qualifying replacements were ever delivered.
I sent refund requests on March 20, March 30, March 31, and April 20, 2026. The merchant did not respond to a single one.
After I filed a dispute with my credit card company, the merchant revoked my access to the Google Sheet containing the leads — the very document they submitted as “proof” of delivery.
Note: This company lists a Sheridan, Wyoming address on their invoices but operates out of Egypt. If something goes wrong, you have no practical legal recourse.
I have screenshots of everything — the criteria form, the WhatsApp disputes, the refund requests, and the access denied message. This is documented fraud, not a misunderstanding.
Would not recommend. Avoid.
