I purchased a ticket from you and paid in full. You informed me that the booking was not yet confirmed by Turkish Airlines. Since I could not wait, I asked you to cancel it.
You canceled the booking but did not refund the full amount and deducted a percentage, offering a credit instead. As the ticket was never confirmed or issued, this deduction is unjustified. I requested a refund, not a credit.
Please refund the deducted amount.

To give some initial context, Skyscanner works as a travel search engine and comparison website. This means that our aim is to show travellers their available flight options and then connect them with various travel providers. Your booking is always made with your chosen travel provider and as a result of this, Skyscanner doesn't have any access or control over your booking.
I've checked our internal records and I believe that this booking may have been made with the travel agency, Kiwi.
I have contacted you directly as we would like to investigate this complaint with the Kiwi team and ask them to provide clarification regarding your cancellation.

To provide some context, as Skyscanner is a travel search engine, we don't set, control or influence the prices. Instead, we receive these directly from the travel providers and display them on their behalf.
We don't currently have a feature to allow searching for multiple dates, but it is great to hear that this is something you would like to see. We’re always looking to improve the user experience, so feedback from our regular users is very important to us.
However, you may find our flexible dates feature useful. Instead of selecting a specific departure and return date, you can click on Flexible Dates in the search tool. This will allow you to compare estimated prices across the month selected.
It is worth mentioning that the prices shown in the flexible dates month grid are estimates generated from searches in the last 4 days. Therefore, the price may change when moving to the individual results page for each day, as these results show the most up-to-date fares from the travel providers.
