Simply appalling it’s complicated and very difficult to get any help from a human everything is faceless its website is full of bugs “I’m sorry this information is currently unavailable.” They simply don’t care we’ll take your money but as soon as something goes wrong they are not interested. You have a choice. Choose wisely.

Earlier in the year, I made a claim against Sky, as they had a fraudulent member of their staff working within their offices, who tried to scam me for Hundreds of pounds. No-one would listen to me, so I was left with no choice but to open a court case. I was awarded a substantial sum of money, also told to keep my handset, and I was released from my contract.That was all done and dusted mid April of this year. (Almost 5 months ago)I have been with another provider since....! And here we are again. I had a recent letter from a debt collection agency, telling me I owe sky £380 and am £44 in arrears , which is going to affect my credit rating . I spent over half an hour on the phone with a sky advisor, and got nowhere, as usual. So I guess I'm going to have to take Sky to court again. This time I won't let them off so easily. I intend to make a real example of them, even if I have to pay for a solicitor, as I have done nothing wrong, and they will foot the bill. It made me feel ill last time, as you can imagine. I am a 75 Year old man.

Today 13th August 2026 from around 18.45 until 21.45 in Reigate and as I found out a lot more areas had no Sky Mobile network and mobile Internet or Sky Landline and hence no way of contacting Sky to report it. Moreover the My Sky app and My Sky website were down so no way of Contacting them at all. 😡 SHAME ON YOU SKY and I are a Diamond VIP customer. You have really let us down. 😡 😡 But the most important issue is my wife's Father 91 years old has only one way of contacting her via the Landline and he calls daily during that period. So my wife had to drive 15 Miles to check on him and back. 😡

I have a faulty phone and despite numerous calls and promises sky mobile just do not send out a return envelope.
Do not use this company do not resolve faulty phones.

Only rating them a 1 because I can't select anything lower! Steer clear of this company, it is absolutely shambolic from service complaint, to the executive complaints team. 7 months and no solution - no service, locked out of website. Choose literally anyone else for a better chance of having peace of mind.

I have been with sky for over 3 years had know problems until November when they tried to take 3 payments 1 for my mobile and 1 for tv and 1 for broadband. I only have moblie so i cancelled my direct debit but paid on time I have tried for over 20 hours to get my paper bill but can’t. How shit

Absolutely shocking in Lancashire, poor tech support, problem still not rectified.

I Have never seen such a badly run customer service in my life, you get fobbed off all the time, they put you through to another department without telling you, they tell you they will sort it and just say that to get you off the phone, I have been ringing every other day for a month and no wiser, they make a swap sound so easy, will never touch sky mobile again!!!!!!!!!!

My wife waited two weeks for a new phone only to be told eventually (after an extremely arduous journey navigating pointless chatbots etc.) that the phone was out of stock. Sky made no attempt to communicate this to her and would happily have just let her wait indefinitely. When she eventually got in contact with an actual person, they told her she could order the phone again in a different colour, but that she'd now have to pay some arbitrary up-front fee. So essentially asking her to pay for the privilege of a less popular colour and a fortnight wait... Asked why, they could not provide any reason for this, so it just comes off as an attempt to fleece their loyal, long-term customers for more money. Have previously rated Sky Mobile but this experience has been absolutely laughable from start to finish and we will certainly look elsewhere in future.

I’ve been a Sky customer for nearly 18 years, but this experience has finished my loyalty.

Sky supplied me with a Google Pixel 9 which developed a screen fault after just 6 months. Sky have no engineers who can repair Google devices, and I’ve spent 3 months and 7+ hours on the phone with no resolution.

Instead of fixing the issue, Sky persuaded me to take an iPhone as a “replacement/upgrade.” I later discovered I’m now paying for both phones. Every call is the same cycle—bounced between Mobile, Loyalty, and Technical teams, forced to explain the issue again, promised call-backs that never come.

Sky have left me with two phone contracts, no repair, and no help. After 18 years, I’ve never been treated so appallingly by any company. I’ll be leaving Sky as soon as I can.

Operatore di Fastweb mi ha proposto una sim Fastweb riferendomi che Sky mobile non è mai partito …assurdo

The worst network ever . Never ever make contracts with sky mobile as they are scammers . You not getting any coverage!!!!!!!!!
