From the first contact with this company which I found through researching on the internet for the North East area, I was dealt with by Dylan, he walked us through the whole process and timescales which were spot on. Contact was frequent until the day of the Velux glass replacement and service. The technicians who carried out the work were prompt, courteous and did a brilliant job.
