Hi, hoe lang duurt het voor dat een uitbetaling verwerkt word want het duurt namelijk erg lang als het gaat om uitbetalingen van redelijk hoge bedragen. Buiten dat om een prima casino! Schandalig wat er zojuist is gebeurd. Ik had een uitbetaling staan van 300, 200 en nogmaals 300. 500,- uitbetaald gekregen en de laatste 300,- is verwijderd van mijn account dus gewoon verdwenen. Ze hebben het heel slim gedaan en al mijn recente games verwijderd uit mijn activiteiten waar door ik het niet kan terug zien. Bedankt!

Here my honest review! The site contains a lot of games. Fun casino. Also tried the sports section, was surprised how quick matches were settled. So thats all positive!
I did a depostit Thursday, lost some money. Did a deposit Friday and ended in the plus, so also positive!
One negative part is the bonus. I received a large bonus on the second deposit. But you can only use it when you do not have real money in your account. So basically impossible, if you end in the plus. Maybe my bad, it wss mentioned in the guidelines.
Before continue playing this casino I also want to test the withdrawal functionality. Tested this yesterday with a part of my money. They highlight that they do these very quick, but now, 24 hours later, no action. A trustfull casino, is a casino with a trustfull deposit process. So keep you posted on my experience. If the depostit does not work, I can lower the rating (off course). But also change to more stars, as the games were fun.

Ik speel nu een paar weken op SkyHills, in het begin stonden de uitbetaling er meestal wel met 24-36 uur op .
Best lang wachten maar goed , het waren relatief kleine bedragen 200/500.
Nu ik een uitbetaling van €2400 heb lopen zit ik inmiddels al 72 uur mijn geld te wachten.
De status van de uitbetaling is approved , en het gedeelte proccesing duurt nu al 72 uur +.
Ik hou hier niet van kleine bedragen snel uitbetalen en grote bedragen lang laten wachten in de hoop dat de spelers opnieuw hun geld verliezen .
Wanneer ik de klantenservice mail waarom het gedeelte processing nu zolang duurt krijg ik de reactie dat uitbetalingen door een andere afdeling worden behandeld en hier tijd overheen gaat.
Jaja toen het relatief kleine bedragen waren deed dezelfde afdeling er ook geen 3 dagen over.

Geld verdwijnt en slechte helpdesk
Uitbetalen gaat erg moeilijk, soms krijg je je geld zelfs niet. €90 laten uitcashen, het geld is al 3 weken geleden uitgecashed en niks ontvangen. Pas op: geld niet uitgekeerd na documentverificatie
It went well at this casino for a year, until they suddenly requested documents. I submitted them, but they were rejected because I had crossed out my bank balance for privacy reasons. Now I am no longer receiving the money that was in my account.
They claim my documents were not approved. I advise people to avoid this casino.
Het is een jaar lang goed gegaan bij dit casino, totdat zij om documenten vroegen. Deze heb ik opgestuurd, maar ze werden afgekeurd omdat ik mijn banksaldo had afgeschermd in verband met mijn privacy.
Hierdoor ontvang ik nu het geld dat op mijn account stond niet meer. Zij geven aan dat mijn documenten niet zijn goedgekeurd.
Ik raad mensen aan om dit casino te vermijden.
