Asking for documents that don't exist and won't do anything to help the situation! The want a receipt of a deposit in the format of a bank statement BUT it can not have any other transaction on there but the one they are asking for!
This is Impossible to get a single transaction with all of my and my bank details on the 1 peace of paper! I can only get a statement for the day that shows 1 extra transaction on it and because of that they will not verify my account and holding my winnings.

Requested a withdrawal of $1000 on the 26.07.2023 today is the 02.09.2023 that’s 38 days and still no money! This casino is a joke. I don’t understand how it takes 38 days! That is not fair. All they need from you in order to transfer funds into the casino is your bank account and a text to confirm it’s you. But when you win money from them your punished and made to wait 38 days.. and probably even longer.. Every email reply is the same as the last. Asking me to be patient. I’m not giving up.
