I recently ordered the Women 80s Vintage Golden Pink Dress Costume on this website. At first, I thought it would take a long time to ship to my home, Surprisingly, it was delivered to my doorstep in less than 2 weeks. The package was intact. I bought a dress plus a golden wig, and all the accessories were intact. In terms of size, I bought size L, which fits my figure perfectly and is exactly the same as the size chart shown on the website. You can rest assured to purchase according to the size chart. The material of the costume is also very soft, not cheap, and the price is also acceptable to me. In short, this is a very satisfactory shopping experience I have had recently.

I should have done my research on this store because it wasn't until I had a problem with my order that I started to investigate further. There was another review that mentioned about not receiving their order because this seller messed up the shipping address and unfortunately that is the same case I'm up against.

This seller only responded once after I had emailed them to find out if my order had shipped and they were able to provide a tracking number. I checked the tracking number right after they provided it and it showed my package did not have a correct address. It also showed that it was already on its way back to the seller in China. I contacted the seller again about this issue and they became unresponsive so now I'm having to work with the credit card company to get my money back.

I hope this helps other buyers that are looking to buy a costume from this online store to think twice because you will be scammed.

Ordered a Batman costume and they sent me an inferior model total bait and switch And then want to give me the runaround on getting my money back or get a refund I would not recommend doing business with these people if you value your money.

100% satisfied! The cosplay came really fast and the quality is perfect!

just pay the extra for a different website this place is a joke. EZ cosplay is a great company and there are many others better then this.

Got a Sylvie costume and was worried about sizing since I'm very tall but it was well made and they catered for my chest size as well.

excellent service, my order was for 2 original designs, Nezuko and Shinobu (maid) and I loved them! the quality and details of the costumes are very nice, I loved the Nezuko jacket I can wear it on casual days not only in cosplay!

Ordered the Mandalorian costume on January 21st, got emails about the order and shipping with updates. Got the costume on the 27th even tho it said estimated delivery on the 31st so that was awesome. The quality isn’t amazing as expected for the price but it’s definitely good enough. I see complaints about some pieces too small or too big but it’s not like everyone has the same exact figure so maybe use your brain. Everything fit me except for one leg piece which I customized to fit on my own. Overall good experience!!👍🏻👍🏻

WORST COMPANY EVER!

Unfortunately, and fortunately for SkyCostume, I cannot rate my experience with them less than a star. I purchased a costume (Mandalorian) back on August 20, 2021, after reading their Halloween shipping policy beforehand. I had the assumption that two and a half months would be ample time to receive a costume before Halloween. I was wrong. But, according to their website, only 2 weeks would be required to make the costume, and 1 week would be required to ship it. So, naturally, after ordering I waited. I waited an entire month without hearing anything, or receiving anything in the mail, to contact them regarding the status of my order. Their replies were timely, seeing as how we are night/day opposites, but I always got the run around with them. The first reply that I received from them made me think that my order was forgot about. The company was then quick to get things going when I reached out to them. They asked me what date I needed the costume by. When I replied (10/15/21), I was told that the costume would not arrive by that time. Meanwhile, I did receive a package from them on October 21, 2021. 10 days before Halloween and 6 days after the actual date I needed it by. So, I opened the package and found just a latex "helmet" inside. I figured that the rest of the costume would show up soon, so I discarded the package and waited again. The rest of the package didn't arrive until November 15, 2021. WEEKS LATER! Once Halloween passed, I requested a refund from the company, for the package I had not received as of that time. I was told to refuse the package when it arrived from USPS and that they would refund my money. Great. Well, I only received a partial refund for my purchase because I still have the mask, which I was told I could keep possibly, or return it if I didn't want it any longer. At this point, I wasn't going to pay for a mask to be returned to them. They did not offer to pay for return shipping either. So, fast forward 3 months later from the date of purchase and all I have to show for Halloween is a $35 latex mask and a bunch of headaches from this company.

I wanted to buy my 8 year old daughter a Mary Poppins costume but was confused by their size chart. I emailed them and gave them my daughter's measurements and they said they would send me the correct size for her. When I received the costume it was an adult size. I let them know they sent me an adult size and they said they would refund me the money but I had to pay for shipping even though they made the mistake. The shipping was $65. I will never buy from them again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Terrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

What an absolute nightmare of a company to have to deal with!!!

First their website states if orders are placed before the first week of October your order will arrive before Halloween.

I placed my order on 09/23/2021. Almost 6 weeks prior to Halloween.

Standard shipping is 10-12 days claimed on their site.

It is now 11/08/2021 with no order fulfilment.

I've been in contact with the company several times.

They have told me to check my locked mailbox several times; where I receive my packages, with no package in my locked mailbox.

I also have informed delivery set up through my USPS account. So I know when packages are showing up.

I have never had any issues with any other company I have ordered from with receiving my order.

i ordered a costume in early September. The end of Sept. I emailed because I never received email on shipment and had to have it for a work event on Oct. 20th. They told me it would not ship until Oct. 15th coming from China. I told them I had to have it for an event on the 20th. She said it would ship no later than the 15th. On Oct. 20th I emailed and asked to cancel my order. Hours later I get an email saying it just shipped. I did not receive it in time for my work event and asked for a refund and cover the shipping back. they refused. shipping back will cost $79 for a $80 costume I have no use for now. So i am stuck with an item they screwed up on and have no use for now. Do NOT order from this company!!!

I’ve gotten a few different cosplays from this company and I am impressed with the quality. The only issue I have had is with sizing. It seems to be all over the place for each item so be sure to check the size chart. However the one time I have had an issue with sizing the company was able to fix it at no cost to me so that’s a big plus!!

Purchased two "ready to ship" costumes on the 15th of October and paid $40 for express shipping. My items didn't ship until October 23rd and arrived by the 26th. I guess not too bad but cut it really close to Halloween. The sizing was spot on, and the costume quality is decent, however the gloves that come with the costumes are extremely small and ripped a small hole trying to put them on. Never the less, If I order from this company again, it would be months in advance!

I ordered my costume in September. I received an email on October 9th that it was shipped. I checked the tracking number every single day. From September 26th - October 28th it stayed at the "facility". On October 28th it supposedly arrived at the distribution center. The estimated arrival date is NOVEMBER.
The return policy for this company says that we have to pay to ship it back and will not get the full amount of money we paid for.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and save your money.

3rd of September, it is now 27th of October and I needed the costume on the 3rd of October. What I got was not worth of the money cheaply put together and doesnt fit despite following the size guide. Don't waste your money by ordering from Skycostumes! Also if you try to return something to them good luck getting them to respond.

I will begin to state I was admittedly nervous as reviews regarding SkyCostume appeared very shaky. I decided to go forward as it does sound IF you receive the costume the customers were happy, and I placed my order (Mandalorian costume) on September 22nd, believing it okay as it would be over a month from Halloween. After asking about my order, I received a notice of shipment on 10/13, but the details are vague as it relies on USPS "partners". I received the mask on 10/19, and still tried to wait to write back again. It's now evening on the 26th and looking very likely I won't have my $200 outfit to dress up with my sons and wife. Regardless about the money, I would advise against this company as it's not worth the time, money and stress to leave it up to crossing your fingers.

Package ordered the 24th. Still has not arrived. No response from customer service, and most likely I do not have a costume for Halloween party the 29th.

I ordered my costume on October 11th, paid $40 for expedited shipping 5-8 days. Costume still is not here, no tracking number provided, and they are not emailing back. Do not charge people for expedited shipping if it is not guaranteed. Extremely disappointed, no Halloween costume, and out $200. Terrible cosplay site, do not order from them.
