Matthew help me get a casket for my wife and he was so wonderful and pointing out all the different features and options that we had and I went way beyond what a normal person would do to help us and we are just love the guy. He’s just so wonderful And appreciate all that he did for us. He is again. He’s just a wonderful, wonderful man and the company is just superb. Thank you so very much.

The customer service was exceptional. We called the toll-free number late in the evening. The CEO--of all people--answered the call, gave us a good price on a casket, and moved quickly to ensure the casket would be on a truck scheduled to leave the warehouse within minutes of our call. Anyone who goes to a bank, store, restaurant, or almost anywhere else knows customer service in the U.S. is practically dead, dead, dead. This company is a rare exception.
