Absolutely the worst cab service I have ever experienced. I strongly advise people to stay away from this company.
The booking process is misleading. Important details are not disclosed at the time of booking, and after the trip is completed, additional charges are suddenly demanded. The vehicle provided was not the one that was promised. Despite confirming a particular model, a smaller and less comfortable variant was sent instead.
To make matters worse, the company did not inform us that the vehicle was a CNG cab. This significantly reduced luggage space and caused unnecessary inconvenience throughout the journey.
Customer service is extremely poor. The staff showed little interest in resolving concerns and appeared focused only on collecting more money. There was no professionalism, transparency, or respect for customer satisfaction.
This service was a complete waste of time, money, and peace of mind. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Just forget this service. Owner is a cheater.
