Excellent intimate products
Excellent intimate products. The barrier cream and gel helps me with vaginal atrophy. They calm down the burning and stinging in conjunction with oestrogen. Better than another product I tried. I’ll continue to use these.
I would like to be able to get bigger size pump packs as I have to use these products often. Thanks

I believe the products are good
I believe the products are good. But can only use two of the three products because the hydrating gel pump won’t work. The other products are great so far .

The pumps are airless pumps, and can sometimes require 10-20 pumps to prime them. Please try this and if you are still having issues with it, let us know and we'll organise a replacement for you.
Stinging and irritation and fissured skin.
Within 2 seconds of applying Skin Federation's Prebiotic Moisturising Lubricant my vulva and inside lips of vagina began stinging A LOT and I quickly washed it off. With Skin Federation's Intimate Hydrating Gel which I used as well to test it, it dried out and dragged my vulva and vaginal skin within 10 seconds, so ended up with tiny fissures. I used them both exactly as directed.

We discontinued our Prebiotic Moisturising Lubricant over a year ago, you must have ordered these products before then. Have you been using them over the past year and recently had a reaction to them? If this is the case, this can be an indication of a newly developed skin condition or a compromised skin barrier.
This is the first time we have such feedback on our products and would very much like to help you get to the root cause of it. If you could please send us an email with your order number we would like to discuss further.

I recently purchased the moisturiser…
I recently purchased the moisturiser and I really love it. I have a sensitive skin and I didn’t feel any irritation using this product. The positive advantage of using this moisturiser is not having any strong smell and being very effective to moisture the skin.
I am also very satisfied with their customer service and the quality. I highly recommend this product.
