Great platform, the courses and the quality of the class are very high, we can learn a lot with the ISO certifications.

My first course with SkillFront was Information Security Associate and that was in April 30th, 2024. I took the ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management Associate course with SkillFront back in November 20th 2024, and honestly, it was a great experience. The lessons were simple, practical, and easy to understand, even with my busy schedule. I actually enjoyed learning and found myself applying some of the ideas at work almost right away.

A few months after completing the course, I got promoted to a managerial role during our employee review. I truly believe this certification played a big part in that.
