J’ai reserve un cours de 2h avec Philippe - toute debutante, c’était ma premiere fois en skis. Philippe etait vraiment genial, patient, j’ai beaucoup appris en tres peu de temps grâce a sa façon d’enseigner. Très attentif à me corriger et m’aider à progresser. Super sympa et tres bon professeur. Felicitations! Je répéterai la prochaine fois!

Great service, quick reactions and friendly people. I had a problem with my booking days which was solved in one day, after just one mail, incl the refund.

Booking the ski lessons for our daughter through the platform was quick and easy. The online process was smooth and user-friendly.

We specifically chose Ski Pro because they advertised Dutch-speaking lessons and were willing to pay extra for this. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it turned out that Dutch lessons were not available. This was very disappointing. Even more frustrating was that Ski Pro refused to reimburse the additional fee we had paid for the Dutch-speaking option.

Thankfully, there was a good personal connection with the instructor, but real communication was limited due to the language barrier — which was a pity, as our daughter is very talkative and loves to interact.

Overall, while the booking process was efficient, the inaccurate information about language availability and the refusal to refund the extra cost left us disappointed.

De ontvangst was top bij de European Ski School. Mijn zoon van 14, die blind is heeft een top week gehad, dankzij de lessen van z’n instructeur. De instructeur was zeer enthousiast en bekwaam. De andere instructeurs waren ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We booked a children’s ski lesson via Ski-Pro and travelled to France based on the confirmed time and meeting point.
When we arrived, the lesson did not take place because the ski school claimed a different start time.

To be fair, Ski-Pro refunded the booking, which is appreciated.
However, when families plan international ski holidays around lessons, stronger coordination with ski schools and proactive support, such as offering a suitable substitute lesson, should be part of the service.

My experience:
1) Advertises class that doesn't exist,
2) takes payment details in relation to that non-existent class, then
3) casually offers alternative(s) without addressing the original selection never existed. Finally,
4) signposts to fineprint about the provider needing to verify when challenged.

Honestly can't see any advantage of Ski-Pro rather than booking direct, and have experienced a real disadvantage of time being wasted and payment details being needlessly handed over

Booked ski lessons through Ski-Pro and the process was super easy and clear. Prices were transparent, support replied quickly to a question I had, and everything on arrival was exactly as promised. Very reliable service, would book with them again.
