Terrible company and customer service
Very poorcustomer service , received a faulty product pro v2 tramp scooter. And refused refund product was never used and now in the bin £90 down and a very unhappy 11 year old, thank you skatepro , this was after a full week back and forth with emails and told there nothing they can do and no refund

My daughter loves them

Avoid this company
Sent me an email to say my orders delayed and probably won't come in time for xmas, then went on to say I could print of a gift certificate to hand over instead of a gift. What a joke, I've never in my life seen such anything so shockingly bad. Pfft, just avoid this company.
Some faimilys dont have the money to replace the gift while waiting for refunds, imagine how manh kids christmas day they will have ruined. Do they really think kids want wake up to an IOU, all so they can hold on to people's money, disgusting.
