Works better than expected and has more features than I can use, absolutely love! Only wish I got it before my previous bike was stolen. Legit worth twice it’s price, buy one for every vehicle

I regret to say that my experience with Sizzapp has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order with the company, but I needed to cancel
in a couple of hours. Sizzapp initially acknowledged my cancellation and assured me that a refund would be processed within 5-7 working days. However, what followed was a series of broken promises, frustration, and blatant disregard for customer service.

It has now been close to two months since the cancellation, and despite my numerous follow-ups, Sizzapp has failed to issue the promised refund. Not only that, they have gone completely silent, refusing to respond to my emails or address my concerns. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

The behavior exhibited by Sizzapp is indicative of a company that has no qualms about misleading its customers and engaging in fraudulent practices. By acknowledging the cancellation and promising a refund, they created false hope, only to betray it with their inaction and silence. Such deceitful behavior not only damages trust but also demonstrates a complete disregard for basic ethical standards.

I urge anyone considering doing business with Sizzapp to exercise extreme caution. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, unreliable, and unresponsive. The fact that they have withheld my money for an extended period without any valid explanation or attempts to rectify the situation is a clear indication that they are more interested in lining their own pockets than providing a quality service to their customers.

In conclusion, Sizzapp has proven themselves to be scammers and fraudsters. They have failed to fulfill their commitment, ignored my multiple attempts to seek resolution, and left me out of pocket and deeply frustrated. I implore others to avoid Sizzapp at all costs, as their dishonest practices and lack of integrity make them unworthy of any consumer's trust.

Consider this review as a warning to protect your hard-earned money and valuable time. Look elsewhere for reputable companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their promises.

Amazing app. Combines so many features that need multiple devices to achieve! Hoping the service is successful. Now that I have learned all of the possible uses, I’m going to be so sad if it ever ends! Keep on keeping on!

It's a one time purchase and does all the thing a normal track will do. I just hope they can make them even smaller to fit in smaller bikes.

It's incredible that you have to buy only a device and without any extra charges you can have an accurate location of your vehicles or personal belongings for me the company so far has done an amazing job without any secret charges if they keep up the good work like this in the future they are going to be successful because the downfall of every company is greed.

Many great features like share a Trip as png or gpx!
In case of little problems they fixed them very fast and contact me by mail.

Love the device tells me everything about where and how my bike is doing,battery level, mph length of time etc its great

Received the device 6 days after order. Was perfectly packed. The installation is as simple as ordering and drinking a beer. ;-) Works like a charme, I recommend it depending on my experience at the moment. Cheers, Adi

I was not able to set up SMS messaging on Sizzapp Pro. Following the suggestion from Sizzapp support I attempted to use base Sizzapp. I logged in with my same account email but it will not let me enter my IMEI as it is "already in use". The manual and on line app. support is useless. At this point my Sizzapp is useless.

Really loving the experience, I think this is the best solution for gps tracking!

Absolutely amazing, been using now since late 2022 and to keep up to date with the bikes battery station, location and and any movements is 1st class.

The SIZZAPP tracker works, warns me if my bike is moved and tracks my rides. No subscription so that’s great, but the app is so frustrating it is not intuitive at all. In my view it could do with an overhaul. Sorry I wanted to love it, but at the moment I’m disappointed.
