placed an order and requested cancellation before shipment.
Tracking shows the parcel has never been handed over to the courier, yet customer support keeps delaying with the same answer: “we need to check with the team”.
After multiple contacts, I still have no confirmation of cancellation or refund.
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer support.
I will proceed with a bank dispute if this is not resolved immediately.

Keep shopping don’t buy from them
Ordered 25 grams so they send me (8) 3gram bags which equals 24. Contacted them by email and no reply. With customers you should never send someone something short especially when they paid for it. I’ve spent thousands from them and 1 gram costed them a guaranteed customer that spent $300+ every order. Shame but I found a better place.

Ich habe 4 Produkte bestellt und sind zwar angekommen aber ich habe keine Ahnung wie man auf die angegebenen Werte in Prozent kommt, hab es von einer Freundin im Labor untersuchen lassen sie ist CTA vom Beruf, als Beispiel 36% waren vom shop angegeben und in der der Analyse kam raus 9,8% ich würd sagen is einfach Betrug!
Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen

Decent products, but shady and unreliable people working at this company, my latest order has arrived with no problems, but the order I made for before that has been ignored despite paying for it because I've made it late at night and despite emailing support numerous times, they have not done anything about it one month later, so that's 135 euros down the drain, it's not much money, but it is a blatant scam and I'm obviously not going to the authorities due to the nature of this business, Canapuff is a way better alternative that actually has people working on their support team and it is from the same country, so don't take your chances here with Sixty8, usually it's been fine but their vapes break easily and I once got a vape that was broken before I even opened the package.
UPDATE: Finally got a coupon code for the failed delivery right after I wrote this review, so I will add one star, still a lot to improve on with this company.
