I used SIXT ride twice, both at Gatwick Airport and Antalya Airport, and was very proffessional. The driver was particularly knowledgeable about the city, and I arrived at my hotel directly and without any problems. Also, my friend was staying at a different hotel, and without charging an extra fee, the driver was very kind and dropped my friend off first, then me.

Sixt Ride Service is excellent at the core of drivers and cars. But if you need assistance it’s far from good. It might even happen that call center agents call you at 4am to discuss the upcoming trip. This is hardly acceptable.

I used the airport transfer service to and from Cairo Airport. Upon arrival, the driver did not show up in the arrivals hall as agreed. Only after several phone calls did he appear at the airport with a considerable delay and was eventually found outside. The return trip from the hotel went smoothly.

Fahrer war trotz verfrühter Ankunft pünklich da und hilfreich beim Gepäck. Sehr ruhige und komfortable Fahrt. Getränk wurde angeboten. Angenehmer und fokusierter Fahrer. Gerne wieder.

Taxi bestellen sehr einfach. Ich hatte noch nie Probleme. Ich kann die App und die Buchung nur empfehlen!

Punctual, very friendly and clean vehicle. Safe driving with knowledge of the area. Easy to book and follow the arrival.

Immer wieder sehr gut. Egal an welchem Ort der Welt- der Service ist hervorragend, vielleicht etwas zu teuer, dafür aber sehr zuverlässig.

I will never book another trip with this company joke the drivers car was flirty dirty he almost killed us on the motorway he was stoned out of his head almost falling asleep behind the wheel so dangerous I don’t like doing this but has to be said he will kill somebody one day and not even the car they said would pick me up

Mein Mann fuhr heute morgen ca.200 km zum Flughafen München..
Der Fahrer kam überpünktlich trotz heftigem Schneefall, und alles lief prima.
Ein ganz ganz grosses Lob an den noch sehr jungen Top Fahrer Ricards Grauze.

5* service, bookings work well, everything always on time (i did multiple bookings)
with a big BUT

Mercedes EQS with standard rear seats is considered 'FIRST' .. these are non-adjustable, short, bad plastic seats .. SIXT needs to get the car ratings wrong.
With FIRST i expect a comfortable car, like it is advertised (BMW7,Mercedes S) but not a seat comfort which is economy at most.
Until this gets fixed by SIXT (which it probably won't) i will not book this class, if even with SIXT, again. They offered a discount for the next trip, but i break my back with that FIRST experience ..

Punctuality. Premium vehicle for a family of five with luggage.
Friendly behaviour and smooth driving.
All perfect.

Ein übermüdeter Fahrer mit Riss in der Windschutzscheibe musste erst noch tanken fahren, bevor er mich viel zu schnell mit viel zu wenig Abstand nach Hause fuhr. Sicher nie wieder.

Wonderful service and a great driver, definitely will always use sixt services. It was a great ride and the car was extremely comfortable.

Ich bin SIXT Aktionär und habe am 8. Januar SIXT ride am Frankfurter Flughafen gebucht Der Fahrer hat mich am Flughafen stehen lassen und mich nicht mitgenommen, weil ich auf meine Koffer Verspätung paar Minuten warten musste. Obwohl ich Business geflogen bin und Business Fahrzeug gebucht hatte, wurde ich sehr enttäuscht. Das macht man nicht mit einem Aktionär.

I was using Sixt Ride in Zurich and Brussels, drivers never are on time, they should be standing with a sign waiting for us and not the other way around.
