Great job in getting it to me. Exactly what i needed. OEM is the way to go when working on a honda.

called them and was explained everything I needed to know to complete my online order. Person I spoke to was very professional. Parts were exact fit for my car

Great delivery service great price can't beat the price

It was a perfect first time experience. Easy online ordering and very fast shipping. The part is the one I ordered and functions as designed. I am a happy customer.

Parts arrived in a timely manner. I love the Hitachi ignition coils?

This is mainly because of shipping.
Don’t advertise that a part will be delivered in 2 days and it turns into 7 days after you order.
I cancelled my order and I’ll get it locally tomorrow.
Seems to be a lack of understanding real business with only a useless college degree to deal with the real world

I like how you carry toyota oem like aisin. Only reason for 4 stars is that it ended up with usps for shipping and that is a pain in the butt here.

Package delivered respectfully and well and kit included everything as advertised with good quality

great service, fast shipping

Part arrived as stated.Tracking was great.

Speedy delivery and product feels better than oem. Will see if it works better than the oem belt.

I was able to get a value product by skipping the middle man. I appreciate spending my hard earned cash only on the product instead of on someone's slush fund. Price is great.

Fast shipping. Great communication. Thanks!

fast, competitive pricing

Received order quickly , matches description of item

Your website is wonky. Had done research to find the oem part# and from it, then found the Advics part number to match your part listing. I did the search with the Advics # at first, and only found a single wheel cylinder when I knew parts as that should always be replaced in pairs at the same time. One of the AI serach engines found your site for my vehicle, and that other listing had a 2 Pcs set. When I opened that page, no where could I find a part number, and then went back out and into your site using the make, model, etc, and then found the same 2 pcs part as before but still could not find the single item listing. When I finally did, from Ai searching, the pictures were the same part. I ended up having to track down your customer support and waste her time and my own, to get verification that the 2 Pcs without any part #, were the correct part, and finally was able to place the order with confidence. I have not installed them yet (I have hurt my back - so have to wait until that pain resolves, before i do the replacement installation of these parts.). Fix your part number listings. The other frustration was that if I ordered two single items from that listing, there is no free shipping, but because teh 2 pcs listing is considered one item, that got the free shipping because that was considered to be over a $50 item, biut not the single item if ordered 2 from that same listing. So archaic to be forced to do that dance which your site causes. Not a great experience!

Flawlessly easy process. Quick shipping, and the parts are exactly as described!

Very quick shipping and was exactly what I ordered.

Will use these folks again, good service great follow up. Thank you all, great work!!!!!!!!!!
