Is there not a zero stars? Going on 6 weeks still no product. Paid top price and have thrown my money away. When I emailed it was over a week before any response and all they keep saying is it’s shipped. I could have walked faster so even that response is ridiculous.
I have demanded a refund so now they are ignoring me.
Please do not order. You are just throwing your money out the window and setting yourself up for much disappointed and frustration.

I’ve been using Sistaco products for roughly 12 months now. I have loved every colour I’ve used (Noir Diamonds and Peru being 2 spectacular standouts) and the changes in my nails is phenomenal.

My nails used to split, peel and were weak, even with cuticle oil and hand creams. I haven’t painted them for decades as polish made them soft and I didn’t want to be doing acrylic nails that would cause further damage. Regular use of the elixir has allowed my nails to grow out. It absorbs in and I love the lavender scent. I actually have to cut them now as they get too long! My nails are stronger when I have a colour on, and there are so many to choose from!

I won’t lie, I found removal challenging, but the hub and the erase pads have made that much easier. I’ve gotten better - and faster - the more mani’s I’ve done. Same with applying. My mani’s are a lot neater with the help of the precision edge, and clean up is a breeze with the beautifully scented soaps.

Be warned - if you join the Facebook groups, you will soon have a long list of colours you “just have to have”. I think I made 4 orders during the sales!

The FB groups are great for advice and Sistaco has exceptional customer service. The couple of little issues I had (wrong item sent) have been quickly and easily resolved.

If you’ve been looking at the system but haven’t yet bought, dive in. Practice makes perfect and help is at hand. Would make a great Christmas present too!

Sistaco fine lines are just great, there is so much you can do with them, and now in multiple shades , and with glitter, saves making your own liquid mix to draw your art. As thin or thick as you want. Use and then just set with the lamp. I'm loving them , well worth a purchase. They add the #SistacoMagic to your mani

Every product I have used from sistaco is amazing, I especially love the sustainable nails they are so easy to put on and stay on for ages.

I absolutely LOVE the Sistaco products and how easy it is to use. They have so many different colors to choose from and lots of amazing helpful tools to get healthy amazing and beautiful manicures from home. No more wasting time and money at the salons and damaging your nails. With Sistaco your nails will be healthier! The other best part is the community on their Facebook groups where you get wonderful tips and advice on using the products to so many creative ideas to do your nails. I promise you won’t regret buying and using their products.

This is the best thing ever. I have very thin nails and when they start to grow they peel. For years I was getting gel nails and in time they damaged my nails so I had to stop. Regular nail polish does not stay on my nails. The day after applying I can literally pull it off in one piece. I decided to try Sistaco because they offered an excellent cost on a starter kit and if it didn’t work I would not lose it a lot of money. It as fantastic, it was not to difficult to apply and it lasted almost two weeks which I was thrilled with. I have since ordered 3 more colors and look forward to applying one soon.

Their remover does not work. I had to buff the nail polish off manually because no matter how long you leave the remover on, it doesn't work. The reviews are somehow positive on their Website. They likely remove the bad ones.

From my first order to now i can honestly say that not only are the products easy to use and beautiful colours but everyone i have dealt with have been so helpful and very nice…Sistaco, my bank may not like you but i love everything you do… the one thing i would like to see are the free colour sacets available to buy 😌

I purchased a kit along with an upgrade for which I paid over $200. They did not send me the upgrade and by their own admission it was their fault. I have their emails and screenshots as proof. They said they are "investigating" - but seriously- if it was their fault why would they make a customer wait to send them what they already paid for unless they were money hungry scam artists? You would think a company that cared about its customers would take care of them first when they screw up, but no - apparently Sistaco goes another direction.

Sistaco is a horrible, horrible company, who will delete and block anyone who posts anything negative about the product. Because of this, there are thousands of women who end up spending so much money because they only see the positive posts, only to be let down badly once they start using the product. This is what happened to me!
The majority of blocks are of women only trying to get help with removal, as it's nowhere as easy as they claim and will take more than an hour and it's still not off.
Also, I had issues with nail lifting (and I wasn't the only one) and they deleted all my posts asking for help and contacted me via DMs which was not helpful at all as they basically said I had applied it wrong, even though I applied it as per their instructions!
Not only do they block many women who comment negatively, but they have also managed to have five groups (that I was a member of, but who knows how many others) that have tried to help women with nail issues.
I had to give them one star, but if i could I would not have give ln them any.
Avoid them like the plague!

I absolutely love this product. I have never been one to put colour on my fingernails - it was always a French tip mani at the salon. Not anymore! The colours are so fun and versatile! I love the varying finishes that you can choose from : holographic, metallic, matte, classic. It is definitely a learning curve for someone- like me- who had never tried painting their own nails before.
I also really appreciate the fact that there is zero smell to this product. The only hiccup for me is that the removal process is not the quickest/easiest. But it is well worth it for the joy this system and its results bring me.

Order almost $200 with them for the first order. Well packages arrived missing several items. They expect an email within 48 hrs of getting the package along with pictures which was all provided. The only response I have gotten is we are investigating the reason you are missing items. Well great do the investigation but get me my stuff. It is a gel system that requires a base coat and a top coat. The starter set I ordered which was supposed to include these two items along with 6 colors, the light, 2 mixing pots and the application tool did not include 1 or f my colors r the top coat. It was also missing the mixing pot which I am less worried about as I make lip balms and have several of my own. Also added the pedestal and that was never in the package either. This makes it a basically useless kit because without the to coat you can’t seal the powders to your nails and they just wash off. I have still not gotten a resolution and just keep getting ignored. The company also removes ALL. Posts or messages from all of their Facebook pages that have anything to do with any bad express questions. Stay away from them, use regular mica powder for soap making as it’s the same thing and save yourself a ton of money and complications on getting what you are owned.

Terrible application process, terrible removal product, terrible customer service, terrible experience. They are a bad company, do not buy!

I placed an order and was told 48 hours to get confirmed tracking information, After 5 days with no information I decided to cancel. Now I am so thankful they didn't ship on time. After reading all the reviews looks like I dodged a bullet. Thanks Sistaco for not replying.

Company uses shady practices to silence all negative feedback. The colours are gorgeous and I have had no issues with using the “system” but the way they advertise and run their online customer facing business is abhorrent. They have a Facebook group where they only allow positive reviews. Anything slightly negative gets removed. This also extends to all other groups on facebook. They actively take down other groups with any mention of their product in a negative light. What are they trying to hide?!

This company is shady, shady, shady!!!

One of Sistaco's TrustPilot accounts was shut down because they were paying for positive reviews. Hundreds if not thousands of women have had posts removed from their FB group because their comments shed negative light on the product and/or the company in general. Anything remotely negative is removed without warning, including the fact that the product is nearly impossible to remove, and many people have sustained MAJOR nail trauma from long soaks in acetone and scraping to remove the product. (Not unique to Sistaco though, as this is true for ALL gel polish). Gel allergies are very real, but Sistaco blames the user if they develop this known allergy.

Sistaco products are WAY overpriced as their powders are nothing more than mica and glitter!! Seriously, you can order mica and holigraphic glitter in 30 colors for the same price as ONE pot of Sistaco powder!!! There is absolutly NOTHING unique about this product/system, but they shut down any discussion regarding similar nail powders to retain customers. Countless women have nail damage ranging from minor to major. Again, Sistaco insists that is a result of user error.

Everyone knows that B/S/T (buy, sale, trade) groups exist for almost every popular product known to man. NOT Sistaco!! Oh no, Sistaco will not allow B/S/T groups on Facebook, they claim copyright infringement and successfully have them all shut down!!!

In closing I don't hate the product, the nail powders are pretty. BUT, I HATE the business model, I HATE the censorship, and have read horror stories about customer service so anything I buy will be second hand.

I saw ads for several months for this product but was very skeptical. I had been trying other nail systems over the last couple of years but they either didn’t last or they damaged my nails. After doing a lot of research, I asked my husband to get me a starter kit for a Christmas gift. On the afternoon of Christmas Day I applied my first manicure, and while it wasn’t perfect, it was still beautiful, lasted for about 10 days and didn’t leave my nails chipped and split when I removed it. I have since tried 3 other colours and have loved them all. I have also ordered 2 more sets of 6 colours each because they are all so beautiful. There is an online group I joined where other users provide wonderful advice and useful tips about different ways to use this product. My applications keep getting better the more I practice. And my nails are slowly growing which they haven’t done for years because they have been too weak.

The product itself is good, but their business practice is a shady as!

They try and buy good reviews. They've shut down previous Trustpilot reviews because they got unfavourable replies.

There are draconian rules on their Facebook collective where people are prevented from talking about any issues that are having.

It has caused serious damage to some of my friends nails.

The customer service can be shocking. Often if they make a mistake with an order (like if they don't include an item you've paid for) they won't ever admit their mistake and just send you out their missing item. They will just send you a voucher code to be able to add the missing item to your next order, therefore practically forcing you to spend MORE money with them to fix their own error.

They have unfairly and unjustly closed down Facebook groups that talk about all sorts of different mail systems and techniques accusing them of selling "counterfeit product" which is just untrue and ludicrous!

Their censorship is mind blowing and it's a shame, revise the powders are actually really good. They just lie about how way they system is to remove and don't want any mention anywhere of the damage it causes to some people's nails. I'm lucky, mine have been fine, other's not so much.

If you do buyfrom then, don't expect them to correct any mistakes without a fight, and don't expect to be able to discuss any issues openly on their forum. That all has to be hidden away.

This company cares about their customers. I ordered 2 shipments a few days apart, & because they hadn’t shipped the first order, they sent them together. I had to ask for the shipping charges to be credited back for the 2nd order, but they did it. Very pleased about that. The colours of the nail powder are beautiful. I’ve only used them once on my natural nails, but on fake nail the colour stays as long as the nails do. It’s also very easy to do, easier than regular nail polish.
