Sisica was good. I liked the look of the rucksack, the price, and the uncomplicated website, but it would have been great if, instead of describing the rucksack as lightweight, it had listed the weig... Näytä lisää

Easy website to navigate. They had the very thing I was looking for at a really great price. I will definitely be using them again. I would definitely recommend Sisica.
Encouraged by discounts I wrote an initial (positive) review straightvafter ordering - but in fact have subsequently been dissapointed in the length of time it has taken for two purchases to arrive.... Näytä lisää

Lead Light style dog lamp was…
Lead Light style dog lamp was completely different to the pictured, which was probably an AI picture. The one delivered looked like a toy. Advertised as being USB powered but the one delivered was battery powered with a janky battery cover that was unsafe. On request of refund the AI bot offered store credit and then 10% refund. Scam store.

Straightforward Ordering Process
As an elderly person I usually struggle to purchase anything online and often end up giving up.
I am pleased to say that even when I thought I had lost the order I was trying to place I was delighted to find that everything was still intact when I returned to the page.

Scam - Misleading product advertisement
I ordered the “Arizona Suede Taupe: Ergonomic Casual Sandals”, which are advertised as Birkenstock Arizona sandals.
However, the sandals I received were from a completely different brand, Teemazzi. This brand was not mentioned anywhere on the product page or in the advertisement when I placed my order.
I found this extremely misleading because the product received was not what I expected based on the way it was advertised. The similarity in design and presentation also makes the listing particularly confusing.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company
