I bought 2 suits sets back in June, for my brothers, for school. Sirri messed up one of them. Received both sets in July. I have not fully checked if all the items are present, I assumed everything I paid for was in there. Left them in the box and sent it to my parents. They received the box yesterday and said one of the suits have 3 pieces instead of 5, with 1 of the important piece missing which are the trousers. First of all, their suit set is advertised as jacket, waistcoat and trousers as main, plus 2 additional items if you opt for 5 items set. No, I don't think this is a mistake and I can't understand it. If you advertise it in a way, but send the incomplete set, with completely different items. Who is sending a suit set without the trousers? They will not do anything about it claiming the 30 days policy, which doesn't make sense since it's covering just the delivery and return part, not the cases in which they sent something with missing pieces. Awful experience. They are not willing to sort the issue on their side since it's their fault. Will never buy again from them and I am not recommending this shop to anyone.

Excellent and professional service..I was having issues regarding my online banking and order just wouldn’t go through but with Nes’s help and Step by step they resolved the issue. Also Nes would dispatch the order first class.

We found Sirri on line when looking for Pageboy outfits. The items arrived very quickly and we were extremely pleased with them. We had a very small issue with a missing buttons but I contacted the Customer Service Team and they resolved it again very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company

I been having absolute mare with the men asking for their sizes and then it's too small, Sirri customer service have come above and beyond to help me rectify the size issues.. I can't thank them enough. Amazing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a suit. Just amazing. And there suits are also amazing quality too and get very reasonable price.

I ordered these for my son with only a few days to spare before a wedding. The team were incredibly responsive to my query and the items arrived very quickly. The shoes are beautiful and for smart shoes also really comfortable. I highly recommend Sirri.

These guys are amazing. Bought a waistcoat outfit that looked beautiful and high quality but ended up to be too large when our son tried it on. Returned it free of charge without any hassle. The team were so kind and helpful throughout. They made every effort to send out a smaller size to us as soon as possible so that we had it in time for the wedding. Outstanding service. Well done. I was panicking about the shipping time so I called and spoke to Lena who very kindly arranged to upgrade my order to 24 hour tracked with Royal Mail. The tuxedo arrived the next day and it fits perfectly. My son will look very handsome at his primary prom. I can’t recommend Sirri enough for the wonderful service I received.

Had difficulties with the website, and left a bad review. SIRRI contacted us to ask if they could assist and offer a discount if we changed the review and make the order - management had apparently come down on marketing over it. We managed to order via Paypal meantime I called to confirm I would amend the review and accept the small refund, and they advised they were holding the order back until we called. I'm annoyed they held the order which we had made separately. All sorted now, just waiting on delivery. Have to say their customer service people are very proactive in dealing with the issue, and were easy to contact, so I've amended the review to reflect this. Also in response to Sirri's comments - the billing and shipping addresses did match. We suspect it is because we have no house number (just a name) and their system cannot handle that.

Suit was great quality and arrived quickly. Had to change order but was given excellent customer service by the customer service team could not fault them one bit, great at getting back to you. Lena Mike Nes were great.

I ordered and unfortunately my items were lost I emailed the company and I received my items that had been misplaced within a few days, i really appreciate the effort that the company put in to sorting this out for me.

Also my boys look amazing in the suits.

We had ordered suits for our sons (9 and 7 years old) and the suits were beautiful and very good quality. The international delivery was very fast. The customer service is great as well, they reply fast and kindly try to help with any questions/queries. Thank you!

Received my sons suit within a couple of days of ordering. Suits amazing! Had a little issue with the shirt I ordered sent Lena an email which she replied to straight away issue sorted there and then great service. Will definitely order again.

Had a great experience with these guys!! Such a good selection of high quality suits… I ordered several for a wedding and they were all superb quality. Some of the Father and Son suits, unfortunately the child sizes were larger and wider than anticipated, I contacted them and had responses in a timely manner, good courteous and helpful replies from Del! Would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants an excellent service!
