I have been buying tea for at least 25 years. They are not perfect. But very responsible. In 25 years only a few mistakes on my orders. So I thank this company they work hard! To me that is a perfect record, because they always fix it. So Thank You!!!

I never recived my order

I never recived my order! It said they would arrive in 1-2 business days.
No one answers the phone, they don't return emails and neither do they reply to the Instagram profile. So… I will have to spend time contacting them in writing to request a refund, file a dispute and reportfraud ftc complaint

We did ship your order via USPS, although it was delayed due to an unprecedented surge in demand that temporarily exceeded our available inventory. While this was an unusual situation for us, we understand that it did not meet the level of service our customers have come to expect or that we strive to provide.

We were unable to locate any emails from you, so it's possible your messages did not reach us. We make every effort to respond to every email we receive. A USPS tracking email was automatically sent when your order shipped; however, we will also contact you privately with your tracking information to ensure you have it.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the delay. We value every customer and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

LOVE the tea and service.

LOVE the tea and service. A day doesn't go by that I don't have a cup of Sir Jason Winters tea. It somehow gets my blood circulating and my day off to a great start. Also want to mention that the delivery service is great! I get may tea always earlier than expected.

Love this company and Sir Jason Winters tea! Excellent product and customer service. This tea has helped tremendously to improve my overall health. I highly recommend it.

Bags taste better

Tea bags taste way better than the loose tea. I don’t know why.
The bags are pre-brewed. Could that be it?
I still believe it is good for fighting cancer so I will force myself to finish the loose tea. But I just ordered 3 boxes of the tea bags.

I am emailing you because I asked you a question. I’m in Toronto Ontario Canada, and I’m living on a pension and I might possibly have prostate cancer so I’ve been I’m waiting for an MRI and I ordered this chaparral tea and the expense of transportation was twice as much as the product and I cannot afford that I am on old age pension so please give me an option if you can to for a cheaper transportation, thank you so much.

I'm a newcomer; learning and enjoying the tea

I'm new to Sir Jason Winters tea, and I am enjoying a cup each evening. The tea is very mild and gentle; soothing. I've place 2 orders so far; both have been packaged splendidly and arrived far sooner than expected. Ive been reading and learning so much! Wish I'd known about this tea years ago, and I am thankful to know now.
