It was really good course. It covered so many topics. I use to have usually just one day course and I was wondering what it will be on the 3 day one. I really learnt much more and I do recommend to have course like this to everyone who wants to learn more about first aid

Loved this first aid 3 day course!

Had the pleasure of doing a 3-day First Aid course with Paul and honestly, the man deserves a medal… probably one he’d calmly pin on himself while telling everyone not to panic.
What could’ve been three days of death by PowerPoint turned into a genuinely enjoyable course. Paul kept it engaging, hands-on, and somehow managed to make CPR, choking scenarios, and medical emergencies both memorable and entertaining. The balance between professionalism and humour was spot on — enough laughs to keep everyone awake, but still serious where it mattered.
You can tell straight away he knows his stuff inside out. Every question got answered properly, real-life examples made everything easier to understand, and he created the kind of atmosphere where nobody felt awkward asking “stupid” questions.
By the end of the course, I actually felt confident I could deal with an emergency instead of just aggressively waving a first aid manual at someone while panicking internally.
Top trainer, top course, and three days that went surprisingly fast. If Paul’s running the training, you’re in safe hands — literally.

Very informative and fun lesson Paul was amazing always knowledgeable and answered all questions. Learned a lot about first aid and feel confident if I need to use first aid.

Was a fantastic with Bill. He taught us so much about first aid and the main thing I feel more confident about is delivering first aid, whether it is for a child, an adult or a baby. How he explained things was very easy to grasp and he is very friendly and open to questions. Very much recommend if you are looking for first aid training.
