Mixed Experience due to Driver's Behavior and Holiday Policy
The communication was prompt and the driver arrived on time, which we appreciated; however, he did not seem adequately prepared. He stopped to get gas immediately after picking us up, rather than fueling beforehand, which felt a bit unprofessional. He also did not ask about our preferences regarding air conditioning or music. The ride was long and he was on his phone a lot during the drive so while he very polite and helpful with the bags, he was driving aggressively and not avoiding pot-holes , the car had no shock absorbers, making it rather jarring and dangerous. We arrived safely and on time.
Additionally, we learned that the company does not offer service on national holidays, which was surprising given that holidays are often peak travel times. We were required to adjust our travel plans as a result of this limitation, yet the staff appeared frustrated with us for needing to make those changes, even though the adjustments were driven by their lack of holiday service. This response came across as rude and lacking in customer consideration.
