Terrible service, unethical practices
Customer service is terrible. Their business model is unethical. Run in a completely different direction stay away from this company which is under Granum. Such a shame we may have used them again in the future but we will never recommend this company.

not a bad platform but it's the same as jobber just 3x the cost . Customer service was rude also currently trying to commit fraud and force me into a second contract I did not sign up for.
Support is slow and unhelpful
We reported an issue with scheduling not syncing between desktop and mobile - it took three weeks to get a generic, copy-paste response. No resolution, no follow-up. It honestly felt like they forgot we were paying customers. We felt completely abandoned.
The only thing SingleOps does well is sales. Their team will make you believe the system can do everything. But once you're actually using it in real life, it becomes painfully clear how far it falls short of those promises.

Mobile app constantly crashes in the field
We signed up thinking this would help our crews stay organized, but the mobile app is honestly unusable. Constant crashing, slow to load, and our guys can't even clock in half the time. Ended up going back to pen and paper while we shop for a better system.
Not what was promised
We were sold a vision - seamless setup, powerful features, expert support. What we got felt more like a beta test. Implementation dragged on for weeks, and the person guiding us through clearly wasn’t confident with the system.
Bugs everywhere, clunky interface, and things just didn’t work the way they were supposed to. I asked to cancel early on, but apparently “trying the software” still locks you into a full-year contract. Legal threats over a broken product — not exactly the customer experience I was hoping for.
Deceptive marketing and communication
Deceptive marketing and communication. Went through demo and was verbally informed that I could cancel at any time (as I had gone through a prior implementation with a different company that turned out to be a waste). Well, shame on me for not getting this in writing. Another company, another waste of time and money. Started implementation, quickly saw that the promise of "our system is built for exactly what you do" was not at all accurate. By the 2nd call, we were already talking about "work-arounds" as it wouldn't do what we needed it to do. Now I've discovered I'm locked into an annual agreement. My fault, sure, but very deceitful practices. Dissatisfied with the product initially, simply didn't work for us. Now I'm 100% dissatisfied with this company. Garbage service.

Headache after headache! do not buy!
I have been working as a manager for a landscape company called Simple Lawns in and am forced to use this garbage CRM daily. I have used other CRM programs at my old jobs with much better results. The issues with this program are so many its insane! The mobile app doesn't work (this was one reason we went with them), the routing system makes customers disappear and reappear randomly. The system itself lags so badly that it takes forever to do simple things. If you call the company for help they are very nice, but do nothing about the problem and don't fix anything. This CRM makes my job harder trying to fix the issues it creates, not to mention the thousands of dollars and customers we have lost since switching to it furious at us for the way they were billed or not being serviced because they disappeared from our route. What a complete waste of my time and the office staffs time learning on this piece of garbage that is still in the BETA stages and not even close to the product that they told us we were buying and learning. I wish we could get a refund, but instead they don't even reply to us! we are reporting to the BBB. I am almost positive half of the reviews are internal and fake. There is no way the other customers of this product are not having the same problems we are? These reviews are fake I do not believe them! No way these are real!!! do not be taken by this fake company and scam artists!
Worst CRM program!!
We signed on with single ops at the beginning of this year with high hopes for the system. The first few months were just training but we still had to pay for those months even though we were not implementing the system yet. Since we have implemented single ops into our daily tasks we have been running into issue after issue to the point that it’s more of a hassle to actually use the system then it is helpful or useful for our business. I have been paying for my employees to be able to use the app for the route, the app doesn’t even work, single ops is having us use the shortcut from the website instead. I paid close to $6000 for the CRM system and it has been nothing but a headache to use. I’ve been having many other issues with them as well. Very laggy system with lots of glitches, Random accounts going to zero and accounts disappearing from the route and accounts that were canceled already reappearing on the account. The credit card processing company is absolutely terrible, they have been holding over $10,000 for over 3 months now. Go elsewhere, i’m not the guy to write bad reviews but this is absolutely disappointing and now they’re not even allowing a full refund after all the countless problems we’ve been having, Plus on top of that we have lost several accounts due to the issues we have experienced. Signing up with single ops was one of the worst decisions we have made for our company, avoid at all cost!!!
SingleOps allows me to run business solo
SingleOps allows me to run 2-3 crews by myself in the office due to its organization, it is reliable wherever my crews are and efficient for in the office AND out in the field! Highly recommend. Easy set up, great customer service! They also continue to quarterly make improvements and additions from their own customers feedback and suggestions! By switching to Single ops it has helped improve our team's workflow and helped us to grow as a company!
Step into the 21st Century
Our Tree Service company started using SingleOps almost a year ago. We were using Quickbooks only and paper proposals. SingleOps has enabled us to step into the 21st century! The clients love how professional and convenient the proposals are sent over via email along with pictures and details regarding their particular job.
SingleOps is very user friendly across the board including crew members and those less computer savvy. As well as the SingleOps team always being there when needed. If someone does not know the answer, they will be sure and find it and let you know.

SingleOps has changed the way that our tree service does business. Although our previous system (Quickbooks invoicing) helped us track invoices, it did nothing to help us truly manage our customer experience. With SingleOps, we can easily see which project proposals have been accepted (and capture signatures from the client) so that we know who needs to get on our schedule. The tagging feature has helped us easily organize our work and the reporting enables us to see whether a customer had viewed their proposal or invoice. Our bids can now be created and sent at lightning speed. Love that it integrates with Quickbooks for bookkeeping purposes. SingleOps has helped reduce the stresses caused by client communications. I can’t imagine life without it.
Detailed Scheduling/Work Order Program Improving with Time!
Having switched to SingleOps from a "competitor's" project about 6 months ago, I absolutely love the program on the office side as it is very detailed and customizable to meet my needs. The learning curve was a bit steep for the others on our team who are less computer-savvy, but after a month or so they can now breeze through it and have learned everything. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but the SingleOps team is very responsive and has solved the issues. Everything has been improving with time and the team has been tweaking all of the features to make them better and meet the customers' needs. They have a forum for users to allow us to ask questions, make suggestions, and post technical issues and SingleOps has been very responsive and open to criticism to make the program better and better.
Overall I would recommend this to those looking to make the switch or to get their first scheduling/work order/account management software!
Best management software for the green industry
I have used many different software applications over the years and did a lot of research before transitioning our company to SingleOps. We have been using SingleOps now for over a year, and we still love it. The SingleOps team s dedicated and attentive and are true professionals. I can count on a response when I send an email to the team, no matter how dumb my questions are; this says a lot to me about their commitment to their customers. Highly recommend SingleOps.
