Didn't read reviews prior. Brought a Xmas gift for my 2 Nephews it said itd be here by Xmas. Still hasn't arrived. Fed up with tracking info as it's still in the States. Who knows wen I'll get it if I ever do now doubting the quality too.

Firstly charged £2.60 “tax” on top of order price (which they did refund after a complaint, saying it was a “system error”). Order took around a month to arrive from abroad, with constant tracking emails sent in poor English and with dodgy looking links. Purchase was an “unbreakable” dog toy for “heavy chewers”. It was anything but and my dog destroyed it within 1 minute. Their ads say:
“They will last FOREVER”
“Made for the strongest jaws”
“If they break it, we replace it”
But when you complain they say:
“This product itself is a doll sewn with fabric, and it is normal for it to be torn.”

Didn't check reviews before buying a Christmas present for my nephew. Bought on 7th November. It said would be delivered by 21st December. Nothing received. I've had to buy replacement present. Gutted 😢

Received with very damaged box and wires not connected on a projector painter ! It was a present for my grandson and he was so upset that he couldn’t use it !

They say they are in US, but clearly they are in China. I ordered leggings and they charged me £5 more than they’d quoted. I complained and they agreed to a refund, which I did receive. When the leggings arrived (today), they are not Western sizes - size 16-18 are like Capri pants in length and only just reach halfway up my bum. Don’t waste your money.

From start to finish it's been a shambles, ordered 2 wooden banks on about 5th november package was in Cardiff on 7th December, have made contact all I'm getting is the run around with no straight answers to let me know if I will receive my parcels been left high and dry, would not recommend and now have to pay out to get replacement gifts. Now I will have to also fight to be refunded

My Mum bought a car vacuum which arrived and has absolutely no suction whatsoever. I contacted them and was given a link to resolve which led me to an online chat where I repeatedly get this message:

Oops, we have detected that you have contacted us through the payment platform.
And our customer service will solve the problem for you on the platform.
Thanks for your cooperation.

No other emails are being answered. The chat keeps giving me this message.
So, as it stands my Mum is £20 out of pocket and is being ignored by the company.

She clicked a link via Facebook to access the product. The product also looks nothing like the product in the video. It won't even suck up a piece of dust! Unacceptable!

We use it for our soccer trainings. No complains, good quality

Love them, I bought them for my grand daughter, to wear with a beautiful black mid dress for her great- grandmother's funeral and she represented. Classy and beautiful.

THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS. FRAUDULENT. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM THEM BEFORE I REALISED. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM.
PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Only just read these reviews after spending £26 with this company about a month ago ,the goods haven't arrived and reading the reviews on here doesn't look like they will. I ordered from them
as it said the company was in England so didn't think anything about it ! lesson learnt not to order anything before looking and reading reviews first. It doesn't even look like the goods are going to arrive, but if they do they'll probably be useless anyway, but at least I could have given them to someone else to make use of , but for them not to come at all is bad . It's a shame scam companies like this can't be stopped !!!!!

I agree with the other 1 star reviews, this company is a scam! They charge extra on top of what is quoted for the item, the pictures of the item are seriously edited to make the item look much bigger than it is and the company is not in the UK the item is shipped from China to US and then here. I will be warning everyone I know and don't know to avoid this company and its products.

Awful. I ordered size 14-16 leggings - more like 8-10. Absolutely useless. Pity there is not a ‘minus star’ rating. Really don’t deserve even a ‘1’

I ordered my item before I read the reviews. I must admit I thought it was a scam, But 3 weeks after ordering ( I live in England ) here they are. I would have no problem with using them again and a big thank you to them

I ordered my items on the 12th November 2023 and finally got it on 11th December 2023 and the wrong size. They were not as advertised. I would never had ordered had I known it was not from the UK
I do not want to send back as I have no idea it will reach the UK address and if I'd get my money back. Plus they charged me £10 more than I had paid to Paypal only noticed this on checking my bank.
Something should be done as I see others have been cheated.

Ordered two pairs of fleece leggings via Facebook. They were far too small and too short in the legs. I went round in circles with customer service before giving up.

Ordered some items from this company with UK email address only to find it isn't in UK and are actually selling items for everyone and everywhere a Bit like Aliexpress selling ebay kit. I tried to cancel 4 times to be pointed to the "seller" It was bought from their site now been handed off to some other site its taken 1 week so far and apparently my items are in the US and today only just went or got to US Customs Given the time of year these xmas presents will be late God only knows how bad the are , but not cheap. Couldn't give company no stars as its not an option?

Ordered a bracelet and a gift box. Gift box arrived but it is empty. Contacted the company and they have said that the packing department packed it correctly. Left with a gift box and no gift. Very disappointing.
