Terrible. They tried to call me, looked like a scam. They verified details so all seemed ok. They then cancelled my order a few days later without notice or explanation. Never again, dont recommend.

Unresponsive! They stole my money. I ordered a e-Sim with an activation date earlier this week and they never did anything. Beware and think twice before buying something from them. They might just decide to ignore your calls, emails, chat messages leaving you totally powerless. Multiple attempts to solve this situation amicably but it is hard to do anything when customer service is ghosting you!

I purchased an eSIM for use in the USA three days prior to my departure, expecting a smooth and prompt delivery as advertised. Unfortunately, not only did I never receive the eSIM, but my repeated follow-ups went completely unanswered.

Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I was met with complete silence. Yet, the payment was processed instantly, and they had no issue taking my money.

This experience caused unnecessary stress during my travels, as I had to find alternative options last minute. I expected better communication, especially for a service that travelers rely on while abroad.

I do not recommend this provider based on this experience. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and delivery reliability in the future. I recommend Holafly.

There was a problem with the t-mobile card. I had give another email than which was used for my iPhone. So the message from T-mobile never reaches my phone. The sims 4 USA team helped me to fix it.

Easy to buy, install and make phone calls. Stable coverage.

The first 2 orders Paypal rejected the order. Direct payment confirmed order but no esim had been delivered. No communication possible. Review stars do not match company.

Need to write in for them to send over after 3 business day as no acknowledgement from them after purchase. Website not stable, prompt to a website which blocked by antivirus program. Sim still deliver in the end, hope it's activated on that day as indicated on their website.
