I will confirm what so many others have said that this IS A SCAM! They forcefully charge your credit card and ship the product on THEIR own schedule and you can never cancel or stop the prescription. No human being to talk to. Link to cancel is always a dead end. Please DO NOT endure the pain and suffering I have dealt with.

I was unable to cancel my subscription. The site is "fraudulent" then SHOP would not allow me to remove the payment without cancelling my subscription through the Simply Sours site. But my internet security would not allow me to go to the site. If I overrode the warning..The simply sours site came up with can't get to that page. Had to cancel my card...

This company is a fraud. Once you use your card, they keep charging you monthly and the only way out is to cancel your card.

The worst experience I ever had with any sellers. They automatically subscribe you and it’s no way to cancel it. Would have to cancel my credit card. Never buy anything from them.

More a zero if that was an option. I have TNBC and thought I'd try this product. Was unable to take and tried to cancel the subscription (it was cheaper) to no avail. I have now had to cancel the credit card because they won't quit charging. Email contact only and probably AI. Sad, sad company!!

Didn’t care for the product and requested six times to cancel my unwanted subscription. Got nothing but a run-a- round. This company has no phone number, and no address. Their customer service portal is a joke. The only way to cancel the subscription is to call your credit card company and cancel your card and request a new one.

The worst experience I have EVER had buying something on the internet. It is a total scam. They absolutely trick u into subscribing, u never see it coming. I shop online all the time, but this was as deceptive as it gets. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get out of once they have your credit card. All on line options “don’t download “ -Ever. No response. My visa company said the only solution was to cancel my card- the biggest pain in the world. Don’t ever buy from this shady, horrific company. You will be sorry! Mad as h#%&$!

Worst company /scam ever. You cannot cancel, they won’t return your emails. You cannot delete your credit card. Call your credit card company immediately and block them.

I noticed after I placed an order for the soursop liquid drops that I could not take this product due to another medication I am on- I emailed them as soon as I received the product- unopened, to return it. They told b/c it’s a small company they don’t have a return policy- however on the website it states “ you are not completely happy within 30 days, well refund your full purchase no questions asked” ~ I am already contacting my bank before they try to charge me for more… I have had 3 different people email me back and now it’s radio silent… unbelievable how people can do this to other humans, especially w/ a product like this~ DO THE RIGHT THING SIMPLY SOURS!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY, You cannot cancel the accounts. We canceled the autoship/membership with them, in an email, then 2 days later we got a shipping notification more product was billed for and on its way. When you email you are talking to bots with automated replies. They confirmed the account was canceled and when I log in it is still active. My elderly father-in-law was tricked by there ads and now he is 3 payments deep in a problem. We have to address this at the bank level as I am worried they will continue to make withdrawals from his account. Also multiple Doctors have advised him not to take the products he purchased from them. Please don't be fooled.

Fraudulent company. Automatically places order each month and charges credit card. You cannot reach company by phone or website. You cannot manage subscription because you get into a circular sign on problem. Do not order this product. also shown on Amazon.

Was tricked into a subscription that I did not want. Tried to cancel it many times to no avail. Am still getting product in the mail. I’m marking it return to sender and blocking the vendor on my credit card. Stay away! Very hard to deal with.

I wish I guessed to read reviews before impulsively placing an order. Placed order 03/4/2026. Never received a product. Was charged again 04/04/2026.
It's an absolutely scam. I let my bank to deal with that as communication with these scammers is waste of time.

Lock you into a subscription and make it very difficult to cancel once you are locked in!!
Very disappointing

Deceptive practices, enrolling you automatically in a subscription and then make you go round and round to cancel it. Their website conveniently is unable to load the page to manage subscriptions. Total Scam!

This is a scam. I made a order and then a month later they shipped another order after increasing price 300% . They refused to refund the money for the second shipment and said i signed up for monthly refills for even though I received a 5 month supply. Im not opening a retail store. Can't possibly use this much. Don't do business with thease con artists

I purchased a few bottles at first at the suggested online discount price. Since then this company has tried to charge me $239 for repeat shipments despite my 3 attempts to cancel. They want me to go to my "dedicated portal" that I have never set up and now can't open any of the websites for this product.

This company refuses to cancel my subscription, the one I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR! Their website directs you to a link to cancel that has been having "issues" every single time I've tried to cancel for the past two weeks. I disputed the charges with my bank, but I should not have to do that. AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE COMPANY.

I agree with all of the other reviews. This company is a scam! I am having to close my credit card and get a new one so that this company will not be able to continue to charge me. I plan to report them to the BBB, as well.
