SimplyNUC, Inc. Arvostelua

Love these NUC kits (2nd one I've purchased in 4 years). I use it for productivity (software engineer). Small footprint, and with kit, can add on quality mem and disk easily. I don't game, so no opinion there. Intel's driver support and the build quality are top-notch and super-easy.

Great service, from ordering to completion.

This NUC keeps working. I leave this computer on 24/7, it has no problems, it never breaks. Lots of connectivity.

I've installed Windows 10, Ubuntu, Mint, Suse & all worked w/ no issue.

I dont have any complaints

I called to get a better understanding of the different machines available. Got affirmation that what I was looking to get was going to suit my needs perfectly. Got a quote on price and time, price was spot on and time was delivered well under what I was expecting! I now have a reasonably priced rig for gaming and training simple NNs, Couldn't be happier!

Wonderful. Good communication. Shipped promptly. Well packaged. Love my new Nuc.

They told me that there would be a delay when I placed my order. Abi in the sales dept was terrific and kept me updated on the status. It did take longer than I expected, but again Abi's regular communication made up for it. She also explained they needed some last-minute testing on the unit to make sure it was 1000% ready for customers. I am very happy with the Moonstone computer and the purchase process.

The web site was very easy to navigate and it was easy to select and configure my PC

This is the second NUC purchased from them. Both perform as advertised and are almost invisible!

Great service i will buy product from them again in future

Fast response and easily the best turn around in products that I've seen

We will be ordering more Intel NUC 11 Essentials from you in the future.

The customer service for SimplyNUC was out of this world! After receiving the product, I needed a few things for my district. Within minutes of contacting the company, I had answers, solutions and all with kind communication. Thank you for your impeccable service!

Purchased a Phantom Canyon on sale and couldn't be happier. SimplyNUC's communication was great and provided updates every step of the way.

The NUC arrived quickly and worked right out of the box with no issues at all. Not much to say, because everything just worked :)

Great product this is our second order

SimplyNUC's sales admin managers are incredible. Nicole McClure and Nancy Bui are a big reason for my purchase – throughout the purchasing process they were patient, knowledgable, enthusiastic about my use case (gaming), and genuinely wanted to provide the best experience and end product. They were super responsive and always friendly. Definitely gave confidence to feel supported and know that I was buying a product with such a high functioning team behind it. Thank you!

I liked being able to connect by email with SimplyNuc.
I also liked the very rapid response to my to my order.

Replaced an 8 year old mini-tower with an Intel NUC 13 Pro (which is an impressive little machine). Since this was a replacement for an older computer which died abruptly, I am greatly appreciative of SimplyNUC's quick order fulfillment. I had placed my order via chat/email late Friday, it shipped Monday, and was in my hands before noon on Tuesday. Nancy was super helpful answering my questions and assisting with my order. Will definitely buy from SimplyNUC again!
