Definitely a clever scam, looks so legit. Website amazing, even down to the ordering and following it on shop app. After 10 days of no information I sent an email to ask when I could expect the delivery. I was told it would be dispatched next week. I wanted to give company the benefit of the doubt as Christmas is upon us and I am not unreasonable. The chat robot kept linking me to the order which just said in process shipping which was the same information as day 1.

Despite several emails more no response.Thankfully my credit company is issuing me a credit and will deal with supplier. Terrible that someone can be so dishonest or if not dishonest very poor customer service. Definitely don't use this company

Scammer, don't buy any product from this website

They appear to have great printed pictures and give you the option of framed or unframed.
From the chatbot on their site, the answer is that they have the product in stock and it's going to be shipped in the next day.
In real life, after 3 weeks the product haven't been shipped yet. There is no phone to contact them, only an email or the chat on their site, which is extremelly difficult to get a response.
There's also a facebook, but don't even try. No answer from them there as well.
If you get lucky and get a response from them, they will give you one excuse saying needs to be printed, or needs to be framed.
I wouldn't recommend.
If I ever get the order, I will update this review as I'm always fair in my reviews.
