Their customer service is nonexistent, at the beginning they informed me will receive back my deposit when I started with them .i made a deposit, and at the end they asked me to prove that I did the deposit, despite I have sent the proof with any amount documents concerning the deposit I had paid at the end the don’t want to return my deposit , all just to annoy me. The customer service is unacceptable; they hang up on you for no reason while been on phone, and talk in inappropriate way and no professional

Please do not buy from this company. I brought a focus estate from them less than a year ago. I hardly drive, just as I went over 6 months of having it. An engine fault comes up. Had an independent trustworthy garage look at the car. He said the car is pretty much buggered. - they claimed that it had a full service. - this was also a lie...
Now I have no car at all as it's not safe for me to drive with my 2 babies.
