My account access was suddenly denied, even though it had a significant balance. I tried reaching out but only got results after getting help from GLLþ • ÚK

In order to stay completely safe from Simple Trades, ignore all their calls to sign up. Mark their emails as Spam and never click on any links sent by them. Remember to warn your family and friends from joining any of their affiliate programs. These programs are ways to make members enlist other investors into this platform.

please note that i have deposited 1000$ and as per your employer they said that ill gain good money ..

and from this time 13-11-2019 till now i didn’t gain anything only we was testing the withdrawal and i receive 80$ from my own money ..

anyway the employee was handling my registration RAMY, Soliman (or maybe they are using other names) his No. +44 7867 213808

and the one handling my account at beginning YOUSSEF his No. +44 7760 937411
we was working fine and suddenly he went to vacation, after than the 2nd account management by MOHAMED his No. is +44 7520 641069

actually MOHAMED is the worst account manager handling my account and most of the trades without any stop lose and also most of it counting by negative-600 -500 -900 and so on ..
all that on account the only amount that i have is 1000$ !!!
i was warning him many times about the account situation and he said no worries your account is far away from the margin and if it happened we will pay you back the balance and we will start over, and he still providing me by signals with high value and i told him thats wrong and actually he don’t care and his target was to margin my account and he mean it you can check the calls between me and him after i escalated him to his supervisor YOUSSEF.

and the last call he was asking me to open 2 trades with high value once i open the account margin and he hang the call suddenly!!!

i tired to communicate with him through WhatsApp with no answer !!!

Simpletrades is a decent agent for both beginners and experienced brokers.

I had a few problems with simpletrades uptime and ability to execute trades. However, now it seems to be much better and recently I spoke with customer support as I was locked from my account and everything was smooth and easy. A huge improvement!!

So far so good! Does what it is supposed to and the support was quick and convenient.
