The sheets are a very good quality. Definitely a good value. Your site was easy to move through. Items were clearly stated. Checkout was simple. I do wish I could order single flat sheets.

Everything i ordered came exactly as described. I washed the linen 5 times before use and it made them way way softer as expected. The quality is superb and I will absolutely recommend abd buy again.

Item was not as pictured. I returned item, but wasn't refunded until I followed up. The return process was very unprofessional.

As before told this is my third set from S&O bought at Amazon and the last set directly from the manufacturer and are impressed with the quality equally to brands that cost at least double what I pay from S&O

Love my sheets and Duvet sets from simple&Opulence I’ve ordered many sets and have been very happy with the quality and softness of their products I will order more because there are so many beautiful colors too.

I was looking for a light-weight, but good quality duvet cover, denim-like. The linen one you offer is perfect & has classy contrasting buttons. I forgot the pillowcases would be for King-sized pillows, so I needed to order those. Very nice.

In Aug 2024, I purchased a King sheet set and duvet cover in the colour Rust. When they came, they were two different colours of "rust". I emailed and asked for a full refund as I was also not happy with the texture of the linen quality. (I've owned many linen items and these products do not feel right). Well, that was almost a month of back and forth because they only reply between 1-2 am (China is 12hrs ahead), no one answers the phone, or returns calls. Their website says "30 day Hassle-Free" returns-- HA! It was a huge hassle and when they finally agreed, it was for a refund on one of the products because they could not deny the colour difference. I sent it back (they agreed to pay the shipping but if i was to send the sheets as well, I would have to pay, which was over $100). I got the money back and ordered the "Coconut- Button" Duvet instead, thinking 'surely this one will be the right colour of Rust.'

It wasn't. And the buttons fell off within a couple months. After such a headache, I decided it wasn't worth saying anything ie the colour difference, rough fabric and now no buttons on two pillows cases and duvet cover (tbh, there is one button left on the DC, hence the one star).

Well, in April of 2025, I noticed that the fitted sheet was thinning and had a few tares. Shocked, because we've only been using them since Oct - yes, two months to solve a simple(&Opulence) problem - that I emailed right away relived that i was within a year of original purchase. Well, this time I will admit, I had excellent customer service. Prompt emails and very helpful, however, they told me that they could not replace the damaged sheet as it was past their 30 days of return policy. AND, I've already done a return before!! As if any of this was my fault?! 6 months for a $300 set of sheets to rip (into a massive tare now, completely unusable and not repairable) and they have no damaged product return policy?? BUT, in their defense, they did offer me $35.00! Yup, thats right, thirty five bucks. Unfortunately, I canceled that credit card in Oct, after my last purchase from them as I was worried about a scam -Ha! Now, I can't even get my $35.00. They still found a way to scam me... (I'm seriously crying from laughing so hard! Is this real??)

Here are my take aways - - if you want to lose a lot of money, sleep in low quality sackcloth but have a really good laugh, please buy Simple AND Opulence's bedding.

Ps I read every review on this site before I made my first purchase - I don't think anyone who has owned true linen before as left a review. Because this is not 5 star quality. Brooklinen - they know linen.

Love my linen duvet cover and sheets! Gets softer every wash. Reasonably priced and shipped fast, especially considering it was coming from China. Be sure to measure your pillows before ordering pillowcases - I ordered king-size pillowcases for my king-sized pillows, but I should have ordered queen-size.

I love these sheets! They are temperature regulating for year round. I got two more sets for my children as gifts.

I LOVE the linen duvet and fitted sheet combo. They feel light and fancy, and I’ll never have to hassle with top sheets and blankets again! I just “fluff” the duvet in the morning and I’m done. This is the best thing ever! How did I not know this until now?

Now I need to dress up my daybed, because it’s such a bear to make in the morning and tuck the top sheet and comforter into the back edge along the three sided frame. This will be just perfect for that room, too!

I ordered the wrong thing, I returned it and have not heard a peep about my $89.00 refund.

These sheets are simply wonderful. They are flax linen and, while rustic, they are not scratchy. Highly recommend if you like a textured sheet!

Linen sheets are most comfortable. Exposed edge on top sheet with serging as only support. Stitches too lose to be totally safe. Little bit rough there but not enough to bother me despite touch sensitivity.
