Simply the best service out there. We used them to get my green card. Their platform was so organized and thorough and the lawyers and case managers were always available to answer our questions.

I had a friend who went through a similar process but used her own lawyer. She paid a lot more than I did but didn't have as much clarity on the process as I did. I highly recommend using Simple Citizen because of its affordable prices, high-quality support, and customer service.

The system is very easy to use and thorough. Definitely get the package with the lawyer review. She caught a number of things that enhanced my application.

Made an account and application with my spouse for change of status from F1 to Permanent Resident. They had an intuitive platform that was relatively easy to navigate, and all the different small items, such as a certified translation of my birth certificate, redundancies on the marriage evidence, among other information, saved a ton of time in RFEs that other friends of mine had to go through. In the end, the lawyer was very good and adamant about increasing the amount of evidence and specifics on the forms, and after thoroughly reviewing the packet, everything went smoothly. While I had to do some small corrections and add more images when I got the physical packet, it was all worth it. For the price and the importance of the situation they are definitively recommended.

It's simple and takes the complexity out of the whole process.

The reason I chose this over other similar companies, was 2-3 video calls with attorney that's included as part of the package. And it was also so reasonably priced, we loved it and I am a green card holder inside 7-8 months.

I filed family based gc in March 2024, they are prompt with comments on all the documents required within a day and helped me with any questions I have during the process. I would work with them again in future for my gc renewal.
