Brilliant product / service - outstanding
I bought an eSIM for Turkey at the start of a 2 week vacation. I'd checked the prices before travelling and compared to previous eSIMs I had used, the Simon seemed like a much better value. It really was! Made all the more enjoyable when we first saw the ridiculous rates being charged by our normal service providers.
Buying the eSIM was easy, and activating just as simple. It was really easy to configure on iOS (iPhone 14), and started working immediately. It was flawless throughout our stay providing consistent, reliable, fast internet.
I highly recommend the service and company and will be using again when I travel. It doesn't get better than this.

Such great customer service, I was looking to get my eSIM on their website, which is really user friendly, and as I was searching, I asked them a question on the chat function and got a reply straight away. The team were really helpful and helped me choose the correct package for our trip to the USA - would highly recommend!

Better than the Wifi
Have been in bali for 5 days now and the four of us all have got an E-Sim with Simovo. I havent logged on to any WiFi yet as it seems to be working better on 5g than the WiFi around here. Even in the middle of nowhere in Uluwatu.

Fast, Reliable, Stress-Free- Florida Holiday!
I bought 2 unlimited data instant e-SIMs from Simovo for 2 weeks in Florida, and I’m so glad I did! At first, I was a bit nervous since I usually just stick with my normal network provider, but this turned out to be the perfect choice. The set-up was really quick and simple, and the connection was superb throughout my entire holiday — fast, reliable, and stress-free. Having unlimited data made everything so convenient, from maps to streaming, without worrying about running out but the speed was amazing whilst going around the theme parks. I’ll definitely be using Simovo again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Wouldnt work . Only found out at airport on arrival would not work with a locked phone on vodaphone . Nowhere pre purchase did i see anything mentioned about this !

I’m glad the service worked well for you overall, but I appreciate your point about the data cap on the unlimited plan. While we aim to strike a balance between affordability and fair usage, I know that 1GB/day might feel limiting if you're a super-high data user. I’ll definitely feed this back to our supplier for future package improvements.

So easy to use with 5G coverage everywhere
Easy to buy and activate, done in less than five minutes. Loads of different packages available and at a range of prices (and cheaper than competitors!). 5G signal everywhere no matter if I was in a city or up in the mountains. Highly recommend!
