Simon Smith Online Arvostelua

Simon was so friendly and charismatic, he had a great team and offered an experience like never before

I joined the Simon Smith mentorship programme in January 2023 and I can honestly say the experience has been totally worth it. Not only do you get access to all the resources you need to succeed, you get the man himself to guide you through the journey. What sets Simon programme a part from others is the continuous support you get through his own enthusiasm to see you succeed and the wider mentee community too. It is a true testament to the way Simon and the team practice what they preach. Thanks so much 😄

My partner and I joined the 90 Day to SA course 4 weeks ago. We previously completed a similar course with another trainer which helped up with the theory but felt there was a lack of support when trying to put what we’d learnt into practice. Within 4 weeks of joining, with support for Simon has his team we’ve managed to secure 2 property deals - it really works!! Their advice has been invaluable and they’re always around to answer questions, motivate and speak to directly when needed. Our confidence has grown massively and we can’t wait to see where this new journey takes us… 10/10 would recommend for anyone considering but doubting whether it will pay off.

I attended to Simon’s R2R Discovery Day. I couldn’t recommend Simon enough, he talks the talk & walks the walk. Everything him and the team said through the day, had tangible backing. Gassed to do some further work with Simon to better my journey in business.

Derby Discovery Day was epic! Loved every second of it and great to meet everyone in real life. Highly recommended!

Have been getting the craziest value from Simon Smith. Where do I start? Had an initiation call with Simon end of January and joined the Rent2SA90 day course on the 1st February. Within 7 weeks we got our first deal and Simon literally took time to help us get it over the line. He has given us incredible support throughout the last 2 months and we’re looking forward to working with him for a long time! We have the second deal which we’re working towards and Simon is already coaching us on how to get it over the line!
Also went to Darby discovery day which was toooo solid! I’ve never been to a property seminar where the main guy actually shows us his properties!!!! This is real stuff man!

Great experience meeting Simon and his team. To get to see real working R2SA properties made it very real and it seems much more achievable now. It was great to have questions answered and to learn from a whole host of knowledge and experience as well as network with other people at differing points in their R2SA journey. It's a great way to understand what rent to rent 2.0 is all about. Thanks to everyone that made it so great!

Just on the R2R Discovery day today. Simon is smashing it here in Derby and giving out golden nuggets all day long. Got a real insight and visited the properties SA’s and HMO today, seen them from inside, lots of tips on locations, decor, setup, advertising, it’s been a real help to support my journey in R2R. Simon and his staff available all day long to answer multiple unlimited questions all day! Met some really interesting people here and made new contacts, getting to know each other and bounce off ideas with one another as well. Thank you for all the value you provide!!!

Great knowledge and very friendly guy.

Great content and a great guy to deal with.

Nothing short of Greatness! Simon is like my property big brother! Always pushing me to do more and keeping me accountable. End of the day he’s helping me put money in my pocket with the knowledge he’s sharing that can only come from experience. Thank you Simon!

Simon is a great person. Super professional and very supportive. He is highly experienced and creative in his business. I recommend his R2R 2.0 Course for anyone who is looking to start their SA journey but have no idea on how to start.

Best content/mentorship/community for the value without a doubt. I've had multiple paid courses and this is the best of them all. The content provided before buying anything is free value-added every time.

Simon is very approachable around all aspects of his business - he shares a lot of valuable content to which we really appreciate.

We’ve just purchased the agreement pack and this has everything we need and more to get started in our business with great confidence.

Thank you

Simon is so relatable and really takes his time to understand your goals so he can do his best to support you. Me and my fiancé have enjoyed the process and experience.

Having a Discovery call with Simon gave me the direction and support I needed. With his wealth of experience in R2RSA he clarified my future options and helped me focus on making a sound decision with regards to my current status with R2RSA….. and it was complimentary call☺️ Thanks for your time Simon… Much Appreciated!

I attended the discovery day, and it was super valuable and I left feeling very inspired. I learned so much from Simon and his team and it was great to meet others in various stages of their property investing journey!
