Powerspark Arvostelua 11

The distributor I bought caused an immediate oil leak that didn’t happen with the original part. Simon at Powerspark was rude, dismissive, and obstructive throughout — blaming me and my engine rather than admitting the product was faulty. They issued a partial refund, claiming cosmetic damage to the coil, which my bank later ruled should be fully refunded. I still lost around £20 on postage. Avoid if you want professional, helpful service. Purchased a new Lucas part from a different supplier and low and behold it's absolutely fine.

I own a classic mini 1000 and wanted to upgrade the point to electronic ign for reliability , being a classic car it d could out much ,
I fitted a power spark ign kit which as soon as I fitted it it worked,
I fetched the car from my garage a couple of months later and it started but promptly stopped not to start again , I put the points back in and it started,
Took the kit back and Simon agreed it was faulty (said it wasn’t switching to earth ) but refused to replace it so I bought another off him fitted it didn’t use the car for 6 months ,
When I do it had the most terrible flat spot ,
I tried all I could think to eliminate it believing the new electronic ign could not possibly be at fault ,
Put the points back in ,
Hey presto, perfect!!
Never use this company again

I have purchased many parts from the company Simon BBC, they all work reliably. But.
The distributor purchased late 2024 was faulty on arrival. They never excepted that it was faulty and implied it was my fault.
I've installed lots of electronic distributors with no problems but I had a professional service group do this installation. I ended up paying postage back to the UK and return to Australia or I would be without the distributor. The emails covered the last few months of 2024 and received the part back in early February 2025
I'll explain the poor service from Simon BBC to the many car clubs I belong to. No stars for their service.

Ordered an electronic ignition to Portugal and unfortunately it was faulty, so I sent them an email and they replied right away, and we exchanged emails for days with them trying to help me testing it. After all the tests they quickly sent me a new tested electronic ignition and now it's working perfectly. Great people and great product.

I was a bit wary because of the other reviews, but the correct parts arrived promptly here in France. Nothing to complain about.

The item I received was faulty and the company were not helpful in resolving the issue. I returned the item to them and they refused my warranty claim for the reason that the item was broken, which is actually why I returned it. All I asked for was a working product but they refused to replace it.

I never got my package. It said it delivered but it never came. I reached out to them and they replied back telling me I had to reach out to my post office.i don't think my post office would deliver a vanity. I ordered a vanity for my granddaughter. They refused to give me
my money back. They wouldn't tell me the name of the carrier so I like contact them.

WHAT A SCAM! They said my package was on its way, but it's been saying that for 3 days now!, I did some research and it said it takes 1 day to get to their shipping place, MY DAYS WAITING IN EXCITEMENT WAS FOR NOTHING.

They told me my package was delivered yesterday we were home all day no package was delivered now they won't respond back with me website is a scam

Wow what a useless company. Courier pretends to deliver the item and hasn't. Tge owner then blames the customer and says I need to sort it out myself. Now gone to bank to reclaim money. Email from the unprofessional idiot Are abusive and he calls you all sorts of names.
Shouldn't be in business

Had a problem whereby my husband damaged the charging lead for his Lifeline jump starter that I purchased from Powerspark a couple years ago. I contacted Simon who provided a new one at a good price. Dispatch and delivery was prompt. One happy husband! Many thanks for your help and would definately recommend.
