I am now getting random messages on WhatsApp from their vendors, so thanks for sharing my number thats meant to be for DELIVERIES to a whole bunch of random people in China who are now trying to sell me dubious hair, absolutely ridiculous.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this needs to be said because people should be aware.

I purchased hair from this company and the quality was not good at all. I reached out to them, and their website clearly states that items are refundable. However, they still made me pay nearly $20 out of pocket just to return the product.

After I shipped it back, I never received any response from them. When I filed a dispute with my bank, they claimed that I never returned the item—which is completely false. I have a receipt showing it was shipped and successfully delivered.

This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I just want others to be aware so you don’t end up dealing with the same situation. Please be careful and don’t get scammed.

Number one scammers, don’t fall for their false advertisement. Never experienced this with any online shop. They are unprofessional, the quality is bad and they don’t appreciate it customers. So don’t ever boughter wasting your time and money here.

Twee dezelfde wigs besteld. Ik kreeg 2 verschillende lengte. Lastig om probleem op te lossen. Client moet zelf de terug verzendkosten betalen terwijl de verzendkosten bijna even duur is als een nieuwe wig kopen.

En producent beweerd dat ik de wig moet wassen dan wordt het langer.

Weg gegooid geld

Heb een pruik gekocht en heb alle gebruiksaanwijzingen gevolgd. Binnen 3 dagen helemaal stug en klitten. De klantenservice is een van de slechtste. Ze beschuldigen mij dat ik de pruik niet goed heb behandeld

Ordered 2 wigs that looked completely different from what was on their website. I asked to return and get a refund , instead they came back with excuses. This company has not replied to my further request to return for almost 2 weeks now. Absolute fraudsters.

Ik mij pruik goed ontvangen. En ziet er heel mooi uit. Ook de lengte is mooi. Mooie kwaliteit haar. Ik ga minn volgende bestellen

Love the hair its soft easy to comb. And can do different hair styles. Im so impressed with this hair. I have to get more wigs. Simidola also gives gifts alone with the wigs and the box is beautiful. I recommend Simidola. Also they are friendly and help you out. Their prices are very affortable. I give them a 10+ 👌🏾🔥

I bought a water wave, v-part wig. With all the discount coupons, it was luckily only €120, but even if it's a smaller amount, it just has to be good. This wig is truly a disaster. I've never had so much tangling and drama with a wig as this one. It's been tangled from day one. I contacted Simidola, and they asked if I knew how to manage the curls. Yes, I know, my own hair is curly too, and I know which products to use and which not to. After two weeks, I was so irritated, I contacted them again, and they only wanted a €12 refund. Or a discount on a future order? As if I'll order from them again!? I think it's a mix of real and synthetic hair, because it's impossible for 100% human hair to tangle so severely. I only use it for a night out now because it only stays nice for a few hours. I can wash and condition the wig, then use a leave-in conditioner and curl cream, etc. for 3 to 4 hours, and then it becomes a big, frizzy tangle.

Le packaging est vraiment incroyable avec des petits cadeaux à l’intérieur, la qualité de la mèche n’en parlons pas, la lace HD magnifique franchement rien à dire, je suis très contente et je conseil vraiment d’acheter avec cette marque ils sont très fiable et c’est arrivé avant la date prévu de livraison donc parfait 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️

The wait was just to long for me and when you track your package on shop it's not up to date, plus my package was not in the best shape when I received it

Beste , Ik heb op 18 juni een bestelling geplaats maar nog niet ontvangen, waar zou me bestellingen blijven hanging.

Hair wasn’t worth the price. And I got a 14,75€ custom duty bill from FedEx for the delivery which wasn’t mentioned at all. I would not recommend to get from this shop.

I bought an $107 wig from this company 3 weeks ago and I never received it. I asked for a refund and was denied, they said that UPS said that I signed for it and UPS ssid that in their system it says that it's out for delivery. I will never buy anything from them ever again in life. I work for the federal government and I will use my power and influence to make them pay for their deception.

Good hair quality

First time ordering hair from an online shop with no physical store and I must say I deeply regret doing this.
They might have sent my package but I honestly don't know this as they chose the worse delivery company to deliver it. Fedex claimed they have delivered my package but I never received this and it looks like my signature was faked. I tried severally to sort this issue out via email but they refer me to FedEx who then refer me back to them. The delivery for a package worth this amount should have been a picture/signed for package apparently it isn't. Now, I'm left with less money for a product I never received- I have reported this on Klarna hopefully I get my money back from them. Horrible customer service!

There are additional costs weeks after delivery!! You will receive a bill with extra costs. Simidola Hair knows this but does not warn you in advance!!

Their response: " Hello, this is the fee that the customs requires for clearance after the goods were randomly inspected by the staff during the customs process. So this is not a decision made by us. It's the fee charged by the customs for clearance".

I have paid the additional costs, but I want to express my deep disappointment. I believe this should have been clearly communicated upfront. As a company doing business with clients in Europe, you are expected to comply with EU consumer protection laws, which require total price, including all mandatory fees, to be clearly shown before purchase".

I reported this issue @ consuwijzer.nl, under this name: QI Chen ZHOUKOU YAER TRADING CO LTD/ Simidola Hair!
Next time someone complains, just refund the fee!
Please take it seriously for future reference.

It’s a shame, because the wigs are beautiful. But I prefer to spend more with an honest company than to be tricked into hidden charges like this.
