Simbans Arvostelua 

I bought a PicassoTab X14 for my daughter and after about a year the screen stopped being reactive (was displaying but not responding to tapping or the pen). I contacted Simbans support who helped me out with every step to diagnose if the problem was due to the screen or the motherboard and directed me to purchase a replacement screen as the tablet was just past the warranty. I bought the replacement screen and took the tablet to my local phone and tablet repair store. They had trouble making it work and Simbans support accepted to deal with them via email and direct them on how to swap the screens and rebuild the tablet. Long story short, my local repair store dropped the ball and never replied to any email and then called me saying they couldn't make it work, so I needed to come and pick it up and deal with it myself. They gave me back the tablet dismantled, I was really not happy. I contacted Simbans to ask them for directions on how I could try to rebuild/repair it myself and they offered to have it sent back to their repair team (they normally do not do that if not under warranty) and Simbans managed to get it up and working in no time! I have never seen such a relentless support team that stands behind its products so intensely and really cares about their customers! Special thanks to Rosanne from the support team for providing the most professional and fantastic support! I highly recommend their drawing tablets, my daughter has been on it drawing and learning every single day, they are really well built and knowing how great, professional and proactive the support is, I just bought a new tablet for my son who also wants to learn drawing and animations!

I returned a tablet, 3 months later they asked me for tracking. The worst part is I paid more money to ship their defective product back. Saw it was delivered but now they say it never was, unfortunately I lost tracking. They are Liars the staff steals the returned items. Scumbag company

Despite the poor quality of the product, I am satisfied with the customer service provided by Simbans. Rosanne answered my requests in a professional manner, and I received a new tablet quickly after mine broke down. This review is for the customer service only, and not the product itself.

J’ai acheté une tablette Simbans pour l’offrir à une amie, malheureusement ce n’étais pas le modèle souhaité. Jai donc voulu renvoyer celle ci et le service client a été d’une réactivité et d’un professionnalisme que j’ai rarement vu ailleurs ! Je vous conseille cette marque d’autant que leurs produits ont un prix attractifs et sont de super bonne qualité, et si vous avez un problème ou question ils ne vous laisseront pas tomber ! Écran tactile de la tablette cassé après une chute. Commande sur Simbans rapide, service client très agréable et réactif.

I purchased a Picassotab second hand. I messaged support and got a response within 24 hours with help to a new replacement screen. Again with firmware and then Alex helped me yet again with the power toggle after I broke it Removing the screen! Alex has been nothing but helpful and quick with it!

I only got support AFTER buying a product. Previous questions about the tab (like handwriting and shipping) were never answered. After getting the Picasso Tab XL (after watching quite a few reviews online...), I noticed that the pen color was different and the nib was very loose. Fortunately I ordered extra nibs just in case, but when I tried to exchange the nib, had to use the nib remover from Huion because the one included just couldn't do it. OK, removed the nib, opened up the extra nib package, picked one new one, inserted into the pen, aaaaaand... it wouldn't fit... What the actual hell? Went online to watch a tutorial from the company, and you simply have to insert it, GENTLY. After trying for what seems an eternity to put damn thing into the pen, went to check the page and discovered that they shipped a different pen from the advertised one... Instead of the black model, they shipped a blue pen not compatible with the extra nibs... How the HELL you managed to mess up customer support AND my order within a week? They said they will ship a black one, and the details about shipping will be available soon... That was 4 days ago and I didn't receive a single feedback. I would love to review this product, but unfortunately I cant. For now, until things gets fixed, I CANNOT recommend this product, and that is solely based on their customer service and support.

Plus: Good product, fast delivery

Minus: Got a VAT fee of 60 $ some days after the delivery. Much money, when I order from Wish this VAT fee is included. I won't buy anything else from Simbans.

Bon produit, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Ma fille fait tomber sa tablette, écran cassé.
Aucun réparateur de ma région n'avait les pièces pour changer, il ne font que du Samsung... On m'a même conseillé de la jeter.

Je contacte le service clients aux USA.
J'envoie les mails le soir et trouve la réponse le lendemain matin ! Alex mon interlocuteur est très réactif et me fait envoyer la tablette vers un réparateur en France contre 30€. Le délai pour obtenir la pièce étant trop long, on me la change.

Réactivité, suivi, geste commercial.
J'ai trouvé cette petite société très débrouillarde.

Je recommande pour ceux qui veulent une alternative aux géants.
