Jayne our Travel Agent pulled it out the bag again! We had an absolutely fabulous holiday that was researched and booked by Jayne!! We would thoroughly recommend staying at The Valentin Somni in Peguera Majorca! The hotel was super clean everywhere and smelled fresh and clean in every part of the hotel! The food was delicious and we did not need to go out to any other restaurants in the area for our evening meal! The only negatives were the Jet 2 Rep did not come to our hotel for 5 days so we couldn’t book any excursions with them. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were only complimentary for the first night then you had to pay for them to be refilled. Apart from that we can’t thank Jayne enough for suggesting this holiday and for taking care of all the arrangements for us!

Marie our travel consultant was brilliant from start to finish, especially as it's been a good few years since we've travelled abroad as a family. We sort of knew what we wanted a mixture of historical interest and relaxation and Marie got it spot on. We can't wait until our holiday next year now to Crete.... especially as it's also to celebrate my husband's big 50. If Marie's service is anything to go by I'd highly recommend this company.

Well where do I start. Silver Travel Advisor has been amazing. Providing us quotes, booking (and we have been hard work, asking for different flights, swapping hotels etc). All sorted quickly and efficiently. We are first time cruisers so this has been crucial to have this assistance. Would highly recommend as the customer service we have received has been first class.

We have used Jayne a fair few times for holidays and yet again she nailed it.
We had the most seamless trip to Budapest from airport car park which was direct into the terminal to private transfers and a wonderful hotel. At a fantastic price

I first came across Silver Travel when visiting a travel show last year. The team were helpful in selecting a couple of trips. Ordinarily, other than responding to the usual settlement invoices, there's very little interaction with the sales team after booking. However, owing to last minute changes in my personal circumstances, I needed support by phone. I was fortunate to deal with Dianne Cox who ensured that, despite my knee jerk cancellation of one of my trips, I did not lose out and my friend was able to enjoy the other trip without me. I have since booked a cruise for later this year and am confident that when Dianne says something will be done, it is. That includes responding to email requests whilst she heself is on holiday. As a previously independent traveller, I'm enjoying the personal touch and will continue to use them going forward.

Jayne Kerrigan once again ensured all our arrangements to Croatia were in place and offered exceptional service and was on hand from booking to returning home. The Maslina resort was outstanding and all the travel arrangements with Jet2 were perfect. Thank you. ,

The holiday to Crete in May this year was lovely..except for the transfers.
No one was there in Heraklion airport to meet us, no one answered the phone.
At 2am a Greek gentleman took pity on us and put us on a Jet2 bus and we walked up a hill to our hotel pushing our suitcases.
No mean feat for 2 elderly ladies!
The return transfer was equally chaotic. We were told to confirm online. Our booking number was unrecognised. Phone calls were not answered. Eventually the hotel confirmed it for us..again a walk with suitcases to the beach road.
Silver Travel are yet to apologise or explain..After 6 weeks of regular emails.

Update..finally offered a refund of £16 to. Over4 transfers. Upped it to £20.
A week has passed.. no refund.
