Silverholder Arvostelua

Totally skräp köpt inte det funkade inte som den ska och de vägrar betala tillbaka pengarna och de hittar man ska koda och de kan lösa det om man köper annat från dem värdelös

These LED lights are a complete waste of money. The hight beam and low beams were mixed up, no fix, just a poor quality product that should not be made available for consumers. Their support team offered no assistance, they just wanted to waste my time by asking stupid questions. They even wanted me to take a video to show how the beams looked. As if I was lying or something. If the lights were working as they should, I would not to have contacted them. Support never made an offer to replace the faulty lights or a refund. Complete junk, $100 down the drain.

After I waited a month for my Led headlights, 5he only lasted 2 months, when diodes went out and I contacted customer service which is a joke, giving me the run around, wanted me to switch bulbs and take pictures of beam pattern. The lights have failed and I deserve a refund and would gladly send lights back. There's a reason only 30 day money back.

Best service.

Customer service is top notch! Always quick to resolve the issue at hand! Absolutely wonderful experience!

My experience of SilverHolder products are far from what you expected from those other LED companies. But their customer services and lifetime warranty are the reason I purchased from them.

Efficient seller, great customer support, immediate response to the customer and resolution of the problem in a short time, I ship it to all SilverOrder

I like the brightness of the silver holder lights. I live out in the country so I need a really good quality bright light. So far they meet my needs.

Great lights. Makes driving in the back country of WV alot easier. Interaction with customer service has been great. 5 star rating does not justice.

They have great products and good prices but they have one of the best costumer service I have ever worked with. I will be coming back.

They are actually brighter than the ones they replaced. Excellent lightbulbs

Customer service is great very quick to solve problems, light kit is bright and adds a great effect to the car

Great product and great customer service. Bought both headlight and fog light kits was easy installation and brightness is unbelievable. Highly recommend.

very good seller, the service works flawlessly and I receive answers and answers very quickly, I am very satisfied

It was my first experience with SilverHolder. I ordered headlights for my car and didn’t specify a trim, so I got different type (good quality btw). After I received my package and realised that bulbs don’t fit my car I contacted support team to ask for an exchange. Within an hour I received a response and gave more details about my order. They offered me a good deal to fix my problem. Support team did a great job with a really fast response time. Now I’m waiting for my headlight set and super excited to install them. Definitely will buy from SilverHolder again.
P.S. make sure to choose your car’s trim!

Wow 🤩 . This LED light is awesome. I’m satisfied to buy this item. I give 5 stars 🌟.
