Siligrams Arvostelua 39

I contacted the company 3 different times because I received the wrong order. I paid the 39.00 extra to expedite my order because of Christmas. The product came within 2 weeks of ordering. The problem is that is the wrong order. I had ordered a 6 cube tray with lid. I received a 4 cube tray and no lid. I put in a dispute to the credit card company and they said it was resolved and I had to pay 100.00 for an incorrect ice cube tray. When I contacted siligrams they said they couldn’t do anything because of the dispute. I sent them that it was no longer in dispute and that I wanted the correct order. To date no response. It makes me sick. I would never order from them again and would encourage others not to as I believe they are just out to scam people. I requested a phone call but that must be too difficult for them. Order # 143709. I would recommend a new customer service, too.

Easy to order and fast delivery!

I didn't realize that finding custom silicone molds stateside at a reasonable price was going to be such a challenge. The other vendors I was in contact with were quoting prices so high I was going to have no choice but to us Alibaba. For a number of reasons I didn't want to do that. Luckily, I came across Siligrams. Clay and his team were great. The process was pretty seamless as far as just needing to get them logo files and the turnaround time was great. What we needed was by no means cheap but Siligrams price was reasonable and enabled us to do the job domestically.

Great customer service and beautiful product! They made me custom ice cube trays with our business logo on them and it was Exactly what I was looking for, highly recommend Siligrams!

I purchased the Siligrams Clear ice mold with an additional mold. The additional mold had the same standard symbol as the original. Unfortunately, you cannot use both molds simultaneously, so the cost of the additional mold was a waste. I tried to return the additional mold for a different mold but they will not take a return even if unused. So the additional mold was a waste of money. This was not clear on the webpage. Beware before you purchase as no returns are given even if unused. They state that this is a custom item so no returns, but the mold was a standard logo not a custom item. BEWARE

Three tries so far but the round mold I purchased as not provided a complete sphere, the bottom is not complete.

I ordered Christmas gifts November 30 and received them mid-January. Customer service is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered my products on December 1st and they did not arrive in time for Christmas. When I contacted customer service on 12/20 that I hadn’t received my order, there was no urgency to get my gifts delivered in time. I even pointed out that I had received a promotional email on 12/17, guaranteeing delivery by 12/25. I feel that overnight shipping for my order or a credit for at least one of my products should have been offered to me as compensation for an obvious error on the companies part. I also do not like that you can not call customer service. There should be an option to talk with someone. I would never recommend this company which is too bad because the product is pretty good.

Update: received products Jan 3. Ice mold is great, with customization, the lettering is deep, so very sharp, distinct. The other item was a smoker for cocktails - haven’t used it yet since we need to get butane. The final item was a dog bone mold, which the bones are small, but perfectly sized for my dogs under 20 lbs. Everything is good quality. Just know it can be slow to receive especially around holidays. Overall happy with products.

Initial rating: I can’t rate the products at all. Ordered 3 items on December 2, only one of which was customized. It is December 28, no items have been received. That’s 26 days ago. I contacted Customer Service via email on Monday, December 22 to ask about status. Response the same day was saying it was in the final stages and would be dispatched this week. That was a week ago. Links to check on order updates just go to the order confirmation page. I understood it was holidays and a single custom order, but still disappointed to not yet have them. I may need to contact PayPal to request a refund if I don’t get an update soon.

Ordered one item on 11/29 and it didn’t come in time for Christmas. In fact, today is 12/28 and it’s still not here.

Their Customer Service team was extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t provide any kind of refund or discount to make up for their shortcomings. Disappointing!

I ordered 3 double tray ice cubes and first thing to note is I ordered on Dec 1st for these Christmas gifts because I knew customization takes time. All of my tray designed required adjustments so I didn't get what I wanted and had to change it to initials and whatever they offered as basic stock designs. Okay, cool, it was still going to be a fun gift. My intention was to freeze the cubes on Christmas Eve and serve drinks with the cubes to the gift recipients on Christmas Day. So they shipped everything on December 18th, and unfortunately I got it December 26th. Yep, the day AFTER Christmas from a December 1st order. You have got to be kidding me! The tracker they provided was frozen with no updated status from Dec 24th at 5:26AM where it showed it IN my state, and it stayed in that status until Dec 26th when it was delivered. I contact the company and not a peep. Not even an apology so I WILL NEVER order from them again.

Beware this company who is not at all trustworthy. I placed a first time order for a $40 custom ice mold and realized the minute I hit submit that I had not selected blue instead of black. I emailed them within four minutes to request the color change as their website says any changes must be submitted within one hour. It took them 2 days to get back to me saying too bad, the order was in production and the color couldn’t be changed.
Their own website says production takes 5-10 days so hard to believe my one piece item was in production within minutes of me placing the order.
In asking to then cancel the order, again they went unresponsive for days before saying the order is shipped as is. There is no phone number to call, only an email they barely then unprofessionally respond to. This is unacceptable and all signs indicate this is a scam not a legitimate business.
I’m disputing the charge with my credit card and strongly advise you to order elsewhere as they appear to be fraudulent.

I ordered some ice cube molds with monograms on 12/11 and 12/16, got confirmation of my orders with a tracking number that won't work and a customer service phone number that is not set up to receive incoming calls!!! When I tried to track my order the page continually failed. My recent email to them asking about my orders was answered with a 'we received your email and will get back to you within 24 hours'. I hope they do. In the meantime, thank goodness I have a good credit card company that will reimburse me if I never receive my orders!

Placed an order that was supposedly shipped, but the tracking never moved past USPS waiting for item. USPS confirmed they never received the package. The company insisted it had shipped and repeatedly asked me to reconfirm my address three times instead of resolving the issue with USPS. Eventually they canceled the order outright. The item was never shipped. Complete waste of time, no accountability, and nonexistent customer service. Feels like a scam.

Placed an order with the company and got multiple reminder emails to complete the order so I sent it again. Now I’m stuck with two and I’m very unimpressed. Design is not deep enough and product doesn’t look as good as the advertisement. Customer service basically said,” Thank you for sharing the screenshots. I understand how the emails could have been confusing. I checked both orders again and they were each successfully placed and processed, which is why they were fulfilled and shipped separately.
Since all of our products are custom made, we are not able to cancel or accept returns once an order has entered production or shipped.“ So I’m out of luck. Other buyers Beware!

Very disappointed with the mold. I believe the designs are not deep enough to highlight the art on the cubes. The ads seem to show more pronounced graphic details than what i received.

Very local business (accidentally so close to where we live) great communication, and great product. My father in law will love for Christmas. Also comes with helpful tips and directions for using the molds.

High quality, fast and unique item. Highly recommend.
