People are generally able to use the sign-ups, but it is kind of a clunky program. When making a sign-up, it frequently freezes up and you have to repeat steps. Also, while the page for adding dates and slots has nice options, it isn't really clear what is meant by each option. It would be nice if you could provide additional info (quick summary) for each option. For example, explain what exactly will happen if you choose to add multiple dates or multiple slots. I never can quite seem to get that right and end up doing it in a less-than-efficient way.

Also, there are way too many ads covering the screen.

All that said, you are filling a need with this product and I am very, very grateful to have it! Thank you!

Simple, easy, user friendly, and gets the job done.

I'm no techy, but using this tool is so easy and effective that I've come to rely on it. I can't believe my nonprofit club is able to use it for free!

Easy to use, love that you can upload your graphics for the header. The reminders and options for reaching out to the contact list is great. It's also nice to be able to run reports to see who signed up and what is left to cover.

Easy to build and even easier to EDIT once all my mistakes were pointed out - haha! Responses were in my inbox within a minute of sending out the link in our WhatsApp

The full site is easy to use. But it's hard to see on mobile device.

I just dig this app. It is so easy to create and track group events. I use it for carpooling to kids activities, end of year sporting celebrations, family Thanksgiving and more. It is great for tracking acceptances/declines/headcout as well as who is bringing food/supplies etc.

SignUpGenius was easy to use and navigate. I quickly created a sign-up for our two 3rd-grade classes' ice cream party.

I had to make the sign up 3 times before it would actually find it again. I could see it on the calendar but when I tried to open it that way it would say something went wrong. It was a long sign up with many details so it was time consuming. I saved on every step so that wasn't the issue.

Fantastic way to organize events, capture headcount and allow participants to sign up to bring something.

I do wish the iOS App was more robust and allowed you to better manage your event. It is really only good for responding and gives virtually no even management capabilities, hence the loss of a star.

SignUpGenius is mostly easy to use. I find it is helpful for any kind of signing up for my classroom.

Signup genius works great for our church, and we have used for several years. It is easy to set up and easty to sign up for our members

After a few trials, I start to enjoy using Sign up Genius to organize 100 volunteers and a dozen instructors. It is relatively simple and easy to invite 100 participants (volunteers) to sign up for different events, different times of the day, and different dates of the week for the whole month or the whole year.
I honestly like Signup Genius, the free version is well done and powerful.
