Signature Cashmere is a family-run business owned and managed by Robert and Katy Appleford. Located in Kent, England, we have been selling high quality pashmina and cashmere clothing since 2003, when we first launched Passionate About Pashmina. We have a long-lasting relationship with a reliable and trusted supplier in Nepal. Our supplier, Jitendra, has a small factory employing 25 local men and women in Kathmandu. Jitendra started his business in 1998 and has always produced the highest-quality pashminas and cashmere clothing for us. Our garments are expertly hand made by skilled craftsmen and women from the local community near Kathmandu. Our supplier also contributes to the local community by sponsoring two places at a local orphanage, which supports children with HIV. In 2022, we rebranded our business to become Signature Cashmere. We continue to provide the same high-quality pashmina and cashmere clothing and we are still Passionate about Pashmina! Over 20 years we have established a loyal customer base and we are proud to have served thousands of satisfied customers, a large number of whom come back to us again and again. We aim to provide unparalleled personal service to our loyal customers, with satisfaction guaranteed, and we are always happy to help our customers choose the right items. Our aim is to be both friendly and professional, and we hope that our customers continue to be delighted with our pashmina and cashmere products.

Outstanding quality and service
This company bent over backwards to allow me to order from the US and I'm ecstatic that they did. I've been looking for this type of Pashmina shawl since I lost mine a year ago. I've seen dozens but none of this quality and weave. I worried that it would not be worth the price or the bother but it was everything I hoped for. Excellent true black color, fine weave, extremely light weight yet warm, folds up small enough to carry in my purse but big enough to cover me on a cold airplane, wrinkle resistant. My prior pashmina was almost thirty years old and worn 2-3 times a week every winter yet still looked like new, and I was just sick when I lost it. This one looks to be similar quality and I'm thrilled with it. THANK YOU Signature Cashmere for working me to get this order!

Absolutely beautiful
A wonderful mix of cashmere and silk. The large stole is the perfect size for a cool evening. The scarf is a Christmas gift for someone.

Fabulous pashmina
Fabulous pashmina, I was worried the colour would not be as I hoped but it was a beautiful burnt orange. It does crease when folded but these fell out easily. Item was delivered safely and was well packed. It feels like something that will last for years. It was a lovely alternative to a cardigan for a wedding and will definitely buy more.

Insufficient postage
The package did not arrive until 10 days after it was sent because the postage was insufficient. I had to go to a local post office, collect £3.50 worth of stamps and then go to the sorting office to collect my package. This has never happened to me before with a commercial company and I am 80 years old!!

The sorting office incorrectly applied additional postage and we will take this up with Royal Mail directly to raise a complaint, as they should not have retained your parcel.
We were totally unaware of this issue. If our customers contact us due to delayed delivery, we always try to resolve any delays caused by Royal Mail. A bit pricy but well worth it - beautiful.
Easy to navigate website describing the goods on offer. Good choice of colours styles and weight. I chose a bright blue ring scarf. It was a bit pricy compared to other sites offering similar items but the quality was excellent and the colour vibrant.
