Dealing with Sigma 3 was a pleasure…
Dealing with Sigma 3 was a pleasure from start to finish, after our initial online enquiry we were contacted and made an appointment to visit their showroom. Every visit to the showroom was always relaxed, and a good experience. The staff were polite, offered refreshments, were knowledgeable about the products and always happy to see us and answer our questions. Nothing was too much trouble, even if we did change our minds on some of our decisions a couple of times! The design consultant listened to our brief and came up with a design which we liked, she was able to make suggestions on certain items using her expertise, for things we didn't even know existed, like the deep drawers that hold up to 70kg, perfect for storing kitchen gadgets! Cupboards for bins, and a Blanco tap with concealed pull-out, extendable spray head for extra reach around the sink and a combi oven which is also a microwave and air-fryer! We also ordered items for our utility/boot room and had a drying cupboard custom built. We're very happy with our new kitchen and the quality is outstanding. Communication was great with all the departments we dealt with from delivery driver to designer and everyone in between. We would recommend Sigma 3 to friends and family.

Fantastic kitchen from Sigma3
We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Sigma 3. From the initial design with Ryan at Culverhouse cross through to the final installation with Peter (who is a perfectionist), the whole experience was excellent.
The design process was professional and really well thought through, with great attention to detail and plenty of helpful advice along the way. The finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations — it looks fantastic, feels really high quality and works perfectly for how we use the space.
The quality of the cabinetry and finishes is excellent, and the installation was carried out to a very high standard. Everything feels solid, well made and beautifully finished. We can definitely tell the difference from our kitchen to some other companies!
We couldn't be happier with the end result and would definitely recommend Sigma 3 to anyone considering a new kitchen. A fantastic job from start to finish!

So pleased to have purchased our kitchen from Sigma3. The showroom is beautiful and so much selection, we met Negar who we worked with to complete the design. She listened to our needs/wish list for the design, very professional and excellent designer. Louise the installation manager was also very helpful and professional throughout. Nigel the fitter did an excellent job with the fit, I would recommend Sigma and the team to anyone in thinking of purchasing a kitchen.

Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen!
A friend had recommended Sigma 3 and Phil to us after having such a great experience, so we didn’t look anywhere else, which turned out to be the best decision. Phil at Sigma 3 designed the most beautiful kitchen for us. We were very specific about the style we wanted, and he completely understood our vision - we couldn’t be happier with the result. The customer service throughout has been excellent, and it’s clear that the company genuinely cares about its customers. The kitchen fitter they recommended said the installation would take three weeks, and it took exactly three weeks. Overall, we couldn’t recommend Sigma 3, Phil and Ralph (after sales) highly enough and are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Sigma 3 at Culverhouse Cross. From the very beginning, I had a great experience with Joe, the designer. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance, even when I changed my mind about a couple of things!
I was particularly impressed with Andrew Cawley, Sigma 3’s kitchen fitter. His attention to detail was superb, and the standard of his work was excellent. Andrew also carried out some additional building work for me, which he did to a very high standard.
Andrew’s team were also fantastic — very helpful, polite and hardworking. They clearly take pride in what they do, and this really showed in the finished result.
I’m absolutely delighted with my kitchen and all the work that was carried out. I would definitely use Andrew again for any other changes or improvements I make to my home, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to anyone considering a new kitchen or other home improvements.

We were recommended to Sigma by a friend who'd ordered a kitchen from the company and in particular, to ask for Barbora at the Abergavenny shop. We couldn't have been more delighted with the professional service we received and the quality of the kitchen products. Barbora ran through our options, explained, with great patience, the pros and cons of each option we considered. Pre and post delivery service was excellent. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product.

Fantastic overall service, highly recommended!
We had used Sigma 3 on a previous, new kitchen, so we already knew what great service they provide.
They certainly didn't disappoint this time either! Their designer, Philip Rose, was incredibly helpful and supportive from the start, and suggested ideas that we just wouldn't have though of ourselves. He certainly has a talent for kitchen design!
When it came to the fitting process, it went without an issue, and the fitter was incredibly friendly and approachable.
Overall, Sigma made what can be quite an overwhelming experience / project, very easy and also enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with our knew kitchen. We would highly recommend their services to anyone considering on a new kitchen!

Great products and craftsmen but bumpy journey
The finished kitchen is fantastic, the products are excellent, high spec and well built. The contractors were brilliant and went out of their way to resolve problems and get the kitchen installed.
We had some issues, delays with the worktops and admin hiccups which were very frustrating. In the end it took 2 months to be completed which was not ideal.
But the finished product is excellent and we are very happy with our new kitchen.

Sigma fitted kitchen
The planning and delivery of all units Electrics and Quartz worktop was exceptional. We went away on holiday for 3 weeks when the Kitchen was being fitted. We gave Dean Edwards our fitter and Alan Williams the electrician both a key to our home. Every thing was scheduled to be delivered, fitted and rubbish taken away by Morgan Leyshon at the Swansea branch. We came home to a fantastic kitchen fitted to a high standard, new electrics from main box for the hob and extra oven, all rubbish was taken by Environmental services. This is worth paying for.

We were recommended Sigma County…
We were recommended Sigma County kitchens in Esher from a friend. We were doing a whole downstairs house rebuild and our kitchen was going to be bigger and more sociable. We were looking for a grey shaker style with gold handles and a large island to entertain around.
From first impressions Phil at Sigma was warm and friendly, professional and made us feel right at home when choosing our new kitchen. He gave us lots of ideas and creative input and made lots of helpful suggestions towards making our kitchen exactly how we wanted. He even helped us choose the correct flooring to work with our kitchen and new utility. It was so exciting to see our kitchen when it came to the design stage and after a few tweaks we were 100% happy with the design.
Ralph was fantastic at overseeing the installer and installation dates, confirming what we had ordered, visiting our home, measuring up and communication from start to finish was fantastic.
Our fitter Glen was superb, always on time, very neat and tidy and quietly got on with the job. Everything went to clockwork time wise and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result!
We have a brand new kitchen with a gorgeous bar area, large kitchen island and a spacious utility. We highly recommend Sigma to anyone looking for a new kitchen! Our family and friends all love our new sociable kitchen that we will make lots of memories in. Thanks so much Sigma!

All round professional service and excellent quality.
This was our second kitchen from Sigma 3 with the first lasting over 20 years and was still in a very good condition.
With the second recently installed I can still say that their quality and standards still remain exceptional.
Our design requirements were very well understood by Bryony and she came up with a practical and innovative kitchen. A special thanks for her patience with my endless questions and for being there whenever we had any queries.
Jason was very thorough with the installation requirements and visited when a small issue arose.
Mike the fitter worked long hours, especially when he had to travel from Newport to Swansea. His craftsmanship was first class.
We are extremely happy with the service, quality and finish provided by the Sigma 3 team. Would thoroughly recommend.
