Ik heb al 30 jaar een Siematic keuken, die nog steeds prima is.
Alle Siemens apparatuur werkt nog
Alle lades schuiven nog soepel.
Alle deurscharnieren werken nog goed.
De kleur van de deuren is kleurvast, hoewel de keuken in het licht staat.

Eine reine Katastrophe meine neue Küche!

Helaas geen goede ervaring met inbouw prullenbak.ook laden blijven niet goed sluiten.
De afhandeling door ASWA keukens is ook niet fijn.
Inmiddels service- monteur geweest, probleem opgelost.

When looking for a high quality German kitchen avoid Siematic!!! You will be sold this as a premium brand and it is far far from it. I have had better kitchens from Wren.
We have been living with this kitchen for just over a year and had nothing but problems.
Namely the units marking when water touches it (hello, it’s a kitchen!! Shouldn’t stain when water touches it!) and the most annoying is the door closures!! They fall off constantly!! Leaving us with cupboard doors hanging open. When you contact Siematic they say that there is a simple solution and that is to just glue it back on! Oh, I’m sorry I didn’t realise I would need a lifetime supply of gorilla glue when purchasing a kitchen that costs 10’s of thousands of pounds!
Do yourself a favour and run as far away from this product as you possible can!

Nadat ik 8 jaar gelden een Siematic keuken hebben gekocht via Eigenhuis Keukens in Heteren (nu: Keukenhome Heteren B.V. in Amersfoort), heb ik gigantische spijt en ben ik diep teleurgesteld in Siematic.
De kopse kanten van de panelen van de keuken worden vies bruin alsof er jaren niet is schoongemaakt. Dit komt door het "bloeden" van inferieur spaanplaat materiaal waar de panelen van zijn gemaakt. Bij navraag bij Siematic zei men doodleuk: de garantietermijn is verstreken. Gelukkig heeft EHK mij een 50% regeling ter vervanging aangeboden. Helaas heeft de levering ca 6 maanden geduurd i.v.m. foute leveringen e.d. Voor ons dus NOOIT meer een Siematic keuken. P.s. foto's zijn beschikbaar.

We zijn erg blij met onze nieuwe zwart met bronze SieMatic keuken. Het heeft lang geduurd (3 maanden, frontjes herstellen weer 8 weken, 2x verkeerde frontjes geleverd weer 3 maanden).

Inmiddels hebben we hebben een zelf veroorzaakte lichte beschadiging op een van onze bronce kleurige frontjes. Een keuken is een werkruimte en lichte beschadigingen zijn onvermijdelijk. Bij een auto krijg je ook vaak een klein flesje van de juiste laksoort en -kleur. Me dunkt dat onze keuken prijstechnisch te vergelijken is met een auto.

De beschadiging die we nu hebben is echt minimaal. Ongeacht mogelijke kosten is het voor ons in het kader van duurzaamheid niet te verantwoorden het hele frontje te vervangen of te repareren. Bovendien is het onvermijdelijk dat we in de toekomst meer beschadigingen zullen krijgen. We gaan nu maar zelf opzoek naar een stift of lak van een vergelijkbare kleur.

Vermijd koste wat het kost. Het plaatsen van de keuken verliep zeer slecht bij hun partner Kitchen Pro met interim-mannen, maar de afdeling after sales zegt vooral mevrouw van den boom niet te kunnen helpen. Maandenlang e-mails en juridische documenten uitwisselen met mijn advocaat, maar nog steeds weigeren een keuken van €20.000 te repareren. Ga ergens anders heen om je keuken te maken, slechter kan het in ieder geval niet zijn.

Na 7 jaren niet verwijderbare vlekken op de afboordingen van de kasten. Frontpanelen zijn niet meer voorhanden en enige oplossing die wordt voorgesteld is het op eigen kosten vervangen van alle frontpanelen …

Ich habe vor 10 Jahren eine Küche von siematic in einem Küchenstudio in Essen gekauft. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht. Für 20.000 Euro haben wir nur Schrott bekommen. Die Fronten platzen ab auch ohne das man dagegen stößt. Die Arbeitsplatte ist ein reinstes Chaos und am besten fasst man sie nicht an, sonst kann man die Flecken über Wochen sich angucken. Was mich allerdings am meisten stört ist das die Kanten sich gelb verfärben und das ist bei einer grauen Küche wirklich nicht schön anzusehen. Anhören und ggf. auch Hilfe von siematic kam nicht. Ich habe persönlich abgeschlossen mit dieser Firma und ich werde sie auch meinem schlimmsten Feind nicht weiterempfehlen.
Hätte am liebsten null Punkte vergeben

Abgeplatzte Falze. Siematic will nicht helfen. Küchenstudio aber pleite.

When planning a new kitchen, avoid Siematic:
-They are terrible timekeepers (my kitchen was delayed by four months, and it took their moody fitter about 2 months to half-fit our kitchen
-They fail to identify the design mistakes (my fridge is set next to the proud microwave, so every time you try to open the fridge door, you could cut the tip of your fingers)
-They can't manufacture to specification:
1: My wine cooler door was made to a random measurement, and I had to wait 5 months for a new one
2: Inside my pantry cabinet, the runer were all wonky, and we had to wait 6 months for new ones
3: The wall unit under the shelf panel for the right hand of the sink run again has been produced nearer to 12mm than the 13mm thickness (this is the second time they have got this wrong, and we have to wait months for the replacement).
The worst part is that after all this, I have a kitchen that looks flimsy, already outdated and cheap.

I'd stay away from Siematic.

De keuken valt uit elkaar na 6 jaar. Alle lak gaat van de handgrepen af (€ 53,- per stuk). van de week laat de hele zijplaat van het kookeiland los, ook helaas voor ons want de fabrieksgarantie bij een keuken van € 30000,- doet er niet toe. Waardeloos materiaal, van een bouwmarkt keuken kun je dit verwachten, maar dus ook van een SIematic keuken van € 30000. Ik heb er geen goed woord voor over. Dat het kan gebeuren daar vind ik niet zoveel van maar dat je bij elke mail dan te horen krijgen dat het helaas pindakaas is voor de kopende partij, daar vind ik wel wat van en ga hier zeker werk van maken. Datum ervaring zet ik op 1 maart, want de mail van vandaag was de druppel die de emmer deed overlopen

Cette marque n'a rien de luxueux.
Elle ne reflète pas la qualité que l'on attendrait d'une telle enseigne et d'un tel investissement. C'est de la déco.
Enfin, le sav est bien sûr au niveau.

I spent a six figure sum on my new kitchen and utility with about 30 units. After 2 years one of the cupboard doors crumbled where the bottom hinge attached to it. I tried to glue it in but more chipboard crumbled away. A year later the same thing happened on the next hinge up so I contacted Siematic as the door was still within its guarantee period. I was told it was my fault because I must have forced the door. It was escalated up the chain but I was told the same thing. Nice looking kitchen, terrible customer service. Much as I sang their praises when it was installed I simply can’t recommend Siematic on the back of their after service.

Toxic. Unprofessional. Lies galore. Required payment in full before promised delivery - done. Very expensive. But delivery was 3 months later & everything was wrong. It took another 9 months to correct the problems. The showroom designer at the DCOTA in Fort Lauderdale is incompetent & a terrible designer. The person at the top of this company in LA is a lying CEO and definitely do not use this “low end” company. Their customer service person in Philadelphia is useless. IKEA is much better!!!! Very bad experience and way too expensive. Overrated!

Being a kitchen fitter and now fitting my own Siematic kitchen, I didn’t expect to have any problems.
As with most kitchen companies you do get the odd part missing or damaged and are replaced quickly.
This is not the case with Siematic my kitchen had trim and plinth that was cut wrong, someone in the factory didn’t read the plan correctly.
Having phoned them to find how long replacement parts take, I was shocked as its the same lead time as waiting for your kitchen 12-16 weeks.
I can’t believe that a company that makes mistakes on there products doesn’t have a team to look after this and make it a priority, it seems they just don’t care!!

Wonderful - our kitchen has just been completed and we are over the moon. We had an extension to allow for an open plan kitchen- living space and were drawn to the SieMatic furniture from the pure range with the lighting detail, unlike anything we had seen before. Great combination of stylish design and German engineering !

A seguito di lavori in casa, dopo venti anni ho sostituito la mia cucina ancora in ottimo stato marca Leicht con una Siematic. Non l’avessi mai fatto! Difatti Siematic nello spazio di pochi anni, si è rivelata fragile e non adatta all’utilizzo quotidiano: zoccolini che si staccano continuamente, guide dei pannelli a sostegno di cassetti scorrevoli o altri accessori che si levano, laccature del colore deboli che si aprano e si scrosta, copri viti che si staccano, lasciando le viti a vista con un risultato poco estetico, accessori in plastica poco resistenti. Per la fama che questa marca presume d’avere, non è certo un buon biglietto da visita. In tanti anni che ho avuto la Leicht, mai di tutto ciò. Vi è altro ma non voglio dilungarmi, comunque visto il costo richiesto, posso affermare che di certo, non li vale.
