There are so many errors with this platform I don't know where to start. Sometimes I can't put any pictures on my listings. Their AI has no idea that 80 tennis balls weighs more than a half pound and when I try to change the weight, I have to know exact shipping box dimensions should the item sell. When their platform detects an error in the listing, it will only tell you there's an error but won't tell you where. So then I hit "save draft" several times so I can contact support to find out what the error is (on pretty much all listings) and they are clueless because the draft doesn't save. They asked me to send them all the information for every listing since I can't post anything rather than fixing the problems.
Be careful putting in quanity because you will be punished for entering it incorrectly. I entered 35 for the 35 balls I was selling and the system thought I had 35 boxes of 35 balls instead of one box. I sold the box and the next day another buyer bought a box. Since it was no longer available I removed the listing and contacted that buyer. Because of this, I don't get credit for that sale. Sideline has a smaller seller fee after 5 sales so now I need 6 sales to pay the smaller fee that everyone else gets at 5 sales.
Their customer support team is quick to respond to say they understand my frustrations but they do nothing about it, even after sending them screenshots of the problems.
I recommend staying away from Sideline Swap and posting on Poshmark instead. I've never had any issues.

I've been trying to cash out for weeks. Requested someone contact me after weeks, never been able to cash out. I would not use the site again.

You let a lot of people sell fake sticks and get away with it. Anything new could easily be verified before allowing them to sell. While yes you allow us to return but now I have to wait on the money wait on a search for a new stick and also hope it’s not fake as well. The amount of scammers you allow to sell is what makes me give it 1 star

HAd to return a product. The seller was completely cooperative. But the SS support team kept telling me to REJECT the item and select 'item was not as advertised'. There is no option of 'item is not as advertised'. Very confusing. It also kept refering me to a SEEL return. SEEL kept telling me they couldn't do it. You guys need to get your processes cleaned up.
