Great communication with seller and great product exactly as description was told.

The site sucks. It’s cumbersome. How many steps you have to take just to ask a question about the club. Don’t get a response. Or if you do you don’t even know if you got the response. I found there was responses after the club already arrived asking about the shaft. No notification. Collecting information I’m sure selling it. Won’t use this again.

Amazing the amount of fees that you took out of the sale. Almost $80 out of a $500, I only received $420. And the buyer was charged an extra $75. A total scam, the site took over $150 on a $500 sale. thats 30%.

For the most part I have been able to find what I want or need at a decent price. And I appreciate the fact that its going to people that enjoy sports.

I had a very disappointing experience with SidelineSwap. I purchased a used bat that appeared to be in good condition. My son took only five swings with it before the end cap flew off, making the bat unusable.

I understand that buying used equipment comes with some risk, but this seemed to be a pre-existing issue rather than normal wear and tear. What was even more frustrating was SidelineSwap's response. They were not helpful in resolving the issue and offered no meaningful solution despite the bat failing almost immediately after we received it.

Based on this experience, I won't be purchasing expensive sporting equipment through SidelineSwap again.
